A Cozy Getaway In A Great Location! Everything You Need For A Relaxing Stay.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our condo located in a quiet location close to downtown. We are just minutes from everything in the Kansas City Metropolitan area including Arrowhead Stadium, Kauffman Stadium, NASCAR and Sporting KC. We are also close to Kauffman Center, Nelson Art Gallery, Worlds of Fun, Oceans of Fun and the Sprint Center. We are minutes from several baseball and softball fields as well

Our HOA will not allow stays under 30 days to use the pool.

Very clean, nice condo in quiet, great location!

Property owner, Melanie, was hospitable and wonderful to work with; she responded to our questions quickly and was happy to work with us (at the last minute) by shortening our original reservation dates, when our reservation happened to coincide with the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis (and the closing of businesses, restaurants, museums, etc in KC). Grrst price! The apartment is beautiful, in a quiet location, and conveniently located to a convenience store (across the street) and a grocery store, drug store, Starbucks, and several fast food and other restaurants (Panera Bread, McAlister’s, Panda Express, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Subway), all within a mile of the apartment. We will definitely stay here again!

We are conveniently located in the heart of Shawnee, KS. While staying here you will be minutes away from everything that KC has to offer! You will be close to NASCAR, Chiefs and Royals games, the Power and Light District, outlet malls and several wineries. We are also close to several baseball, softball and soccer fields where numerous tournaments are held.
