Terra Verde Resort

Come stay at our beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 full bath townhome located in the beautiful Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee Florida. It has a private pool, has southern exposure, overlooks the lake. We are only minutes away from Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and many of the other Orlando attractions. Walmart, Wawa and many shopping centers-are nearby. Our townhome is newly refinished. We'd love to have you as our guest.

Perfect family get away

This property was perfect for our family get away. It is very close to the community pool that is heated and has a very nice tiki bar with good food. The house pool has a view of the pond which was nice to sit and drink coffee at in the morning! We even saw some fish jump and many ducks. The condo was well stocked there wasn’t anything we were missing that we needed. Beds were comfy and plenty of extra pillows. The couches were comfy although we weren’t in the house much to enjoy them. We would stay again.

Fabulous time in Goofy’s Grotto

A fantastic townhome, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and with everything we needed and so much more. The private pool and the reclining chairs are absolute heaven after a long day at the parks! The home is in a great location, being just steps away from the Clubhouse, Communal Pool and Tiki bar. Joseph is a super host, always on hand to answer any queries, questions and to offer suggestions. He does a great job looking after his guests and goes out of his way to ensure everything is perfect for their stay. Terra Verde is a beautiful resort. It is a gated community (security manned 24/7) so as well as feeling safe, it is also lovely and peaceful and very well maintained too. We will definitely stay here again and can’t wait to return to Goofy’s Grotto!

This property was purchased by my wife and I in January 2019. We did renovations in the home replacing the carpeting and paint throughout the home. We are in a development that is beautiful and family oriented. Check us out
