Super emplacement, en face de la mer et des couchers de soleil! Pas de route goudronnée en vis a vis. Très reposant. On peut tout faire à pied. À recommencer sans hésiter.

Apartment mit sehr schönem Blick, Nähe zum Strand und Einkaufen

Den Blick aufs Meer haben wir genossen, ebenso die kurzen Wege zum Strand und zum Einkaufen.Die Wohnung ist klein und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die anderen Möbel sind funktionell. Nachdem wir einige Unannehmlichkeiten geändert haben, z. B. den Schimmel in der Besteckschublade entfernt, das Eis im Kühlschrank am Gefrierfach abgekratzt, die Griffe an der Duschkabine wieder festgeschraubt, Töpfe gereinigt und anderes mehr, hatten wir eine schöne Woche. Der Lichtschalter im Bad für die Deckenleuchte ist allerdings weiterhin defekt, da wird sicherlich ein Elektriker Abhilfe schaffen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur, ausschließlich auf französisch (mein Wunsch auf englisch zu schreiben, wurde ignoriert) war schwierig. Da ich auf Übersetzungsprogramme angewiesen war, kam es womöglich zu Missverständnissen. Mit dem Hinweis auf den Schimmel etc. fühlten wir uns nicht ernstgenommen, die Antwort, dass sei nicht Sache der Agentur, sondern der Mieter, ist sicher richtig, aber nicht lösungsorientiert. Zu einer Endreinigung (immerhin für 50 € buchbar) gehört in meinen Augen auch eine Kontrolle sowie saubere Deckenlampen.

Points forts : - photos contractuelles. L'appartement est conforme à la description et aux photos. - l'emplacement est parfait. La vue du balcon est magnifique, vous êtes à 2 min a pied d'un Carrefour Contact, du centre ville et de la plage. -Les murs sont fins mais le règlement impose un certain calme dans la résidence qui a été respecté durant notre sejour. -le service fournit par l'agence est tres bien, la personne qui nous a accueilli très gentille et sachez que si vous n'êtes pas véhiculés vous avez la possibilité de vous arranger avec elle pour récupérer ou rendre les clés. -vous disposez de divers ustensiles de cuisine, service de location de draps, un aspirateur, bref, vous êtes globalement serein a votre arrivée car beaucoup de choses sont déjà disponibles sur place Points faibles : - la télévision n'avait pas de piles et penchait à notre arrivée, étant donné que c'était notre première location BNB nous n'avons pas prévenu l'agence... Ce que nous aurions dû faire car apparemment le problème n'était pas là avant notre arrivée. - attention aux équipements type "poêle", ils sont fournis (c'est un vrai plus) néanmoins ils ont tendance a accrocher la nourriture malgré l'utilisation de beurre. N'hésitez donc pas a amener celle de chez vous si besoin - il me semble qu'il s'agit du réfrigérateur ; ce dernier est très bruyant la nuit (plus que la mer). Personnellement je dors avec des boules quies donc le son était atténué mais cela peut rebuter certains. De manière globale, je recommande l'appartement. Son emplacement est parfait et le confort est quand même présent. Pour les plus pointilleux n'hésitez pas à poser des questions à l'agence, très disponible pour ce qui est de vous répondre. Le seul vrai bémol a été le bruit (du frigo du coup?) dans la nuit, qui peut vraiment déranger les personnes non averties.
