The smaller house has two bedrooms with two full bathrooms, a sitting room, wood burning fireplace, and a full-size refrigerator. Both houses are connected by a common room/hall on the bottom floor, and by a huge wrap around deck with gas grill on the upper level.
The property's back yard has been professionally landscaped, with 40 foot by 20 foot in-ground pool and outdoor shower. Hammock, lawn chairs and tables provided.
Renters will be given key to private beach entrance, within walking distance from home, which also has parking available. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided.
Pets welcomed at discretion of owner, please inquire.

Why they chose this property
The property is in the Hither Hills neibhorhood of Montauk. The beaches here can only be used by neighborhood residents, so they are never crowded. We are 1 1/2 blocks from the beach, and have parking access at the beach as well.

There are two houses, which are attached. This makes the rental perfect for multi-generational families.
