Pretty apartment located in the urbanization El Soto, in the hills above Elviria, an area particularly known for its pine forests and beaches.
Furnished in an Indonesian style, the living - dining area with opening onto the kitchen leads to the covered terrace with an unobstructed view of the golf course and direct access to the gardens. The two bedrooms are of a good size, the master suite has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
The complex has 2 swimming pools, one of which is for children, and magnificent, perfectly maintained tropical gardens.

Excellent stay!!

We were extremely happy with our stay!! The unit was perfect! Location was great with lots of amenities. Melanie was great and very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Good value

A good stay overall. The property was as advertised. The listing pictures were a good representation of what we found when we arrived. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped. Beds were comfortable enough. Heat/air system worked well. The grounds are attractive and well maintained. The underground parking is convenient and secure. Negatives were minor. We had an issue twice with the free TV system where it was not accessible for four days in a row each time. Access to subscription TV (Netflix, etc) was available still. The tech service person was slow to respond over weekends. A minor issue we reported with the coffee maker was not addressed. Use of the resort club was a valuable benefit of this property. We utilized the free golf, padleball and the hot tub. There is also a fully equipped gym & tennis court. The golf is a par 3 that is not long but still challenging as missed shots will often funnel into hazards. There is a set of right handed clubs in the condo as well as tennis, padleball and badminton equipment. The restaurant in the clubhouse serves high end food and includes free entertainment on Thursday/Friday/Saturday evenings. We would have liked a less expensive pub type option for more casual dining at times. Location of the property is atop a mountain with awesome views over the coast. There is not much in the way of retail/groceries/restaurants near the condo. You need to drive down to Elviria (10-15 minutes). Property is a very good value if you use the resort.
