Beautiful two bedroom top floor apartment on the Mediterranean coast

Spacious and sunny apartment, south facing with panoramic views. The apartment consists of two large bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be changed into a queen size double. It contains a good size terrace where to enjoy a nice meal al freco. It is on the top floor; therefore, it provides complete privacy. There are only a few steps to climb to access the apartment due to the fact that it is built on a hill.

The apartment is in a private complex with 2 communal swimming pools and surrounded by gardens for a complete relaxed holiday. It is situated on the top part of Calahonda, which makes it very peaceful but at the same time just a few minutes drive from the beach, supermarkets as well as restaurants and pubs.

CALAHONDA HILLS DELIGHT

The host was wonderful from the first point of contact and provided extremely clear and helpful directions to the apartment, as well as easy arrival and departure instructions.The accomodation was immaculately presented and as described on the website. The large balcony got sunshine all day and was very conducive to outside dining.There were two pools to choose from and we used the smaller one as it was nearer the apartment and quieter.If you want to stay here a car is essential as the road up to the apartment is extremely steep and quite windy.Overall we had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday in this lovely apartment and would highly recommend it.

Rien a dire sur cette location bel appartement belle résidence tout y est c est complet . La climatisation n 'est pas de la premiÚre jeunesse et est un peu bruyante . La cafetiÚre est un peu vintage mais fonctionne . Cependant nous déplorons de ne pas avoir rencontré le propriétaire , c est un peu dommage , nous payons une location a quelqu' un que l on ne connait pas . il reste cependant disponible au téléphone .mais c est un peu juste . le systÚme de boite a les est certes trÚs pratique mais n' est pas le meilleur moyen de communication. Bonne location néanmoins

Restful stay in the hills of Calahonda

Spacious, clean apartment with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Super balcony and two lovely swimming pools with grassy areas. Definitely need a car , because of the hilly location. Calahonda is great for being within easy reach of lovely beaches at Capobino , Miraflores and La Calla..and the twice weekly market at La Calla. Thanks Fidel. We had a wonderful holiday. Christine

Hemos pasado tres semanas en el apartamento y todo perfecto. La ubicaciĂłn para conocer la zona es optima. El trato con el propietario muy cordial. Las piscinas de la urbanizaciĂłn muy buenas y mucha tranquilidad por la noche. Se lo recomendamos a cualquier familia que quiera conocer la Costa del Sol.

Trés bel appartement

TrÚs bel appartement conforme à la description. Spacieux, propre et confortable. Bel environnement de proximité, il faut une voiture pour se déplacer. Une belle résidence, dommage que certaines personnes ne respectent pas leurs voisins et stoppent leur bruit. Heureusement que tout était parfait dans l'appartement, la ville et la plage.

Very clean and nice apartment in the hills .

Very clean , nice and spacious apartment situated in the hills of Calahonda . We have appreciated the fresh air of the hills at night ! So we didn't used the air conditioner , a little bit too noisy , according to us. You just will need a car at this place, but it's very easy to get a taxi if no car. Meanwhile, by walk , you can easily reach the good and nice restaurant " Miel y Nata " not very far from the property .

GemĂŒtliche Wohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz fĂŒr 2 Personen mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 BĂ€dern. Alle nötigen Utensilien fĂŒr die KĂŒche sind vorhanden. Das Geschirr ist etwas einfach, aber es gibt ordentliche GlĂ€ser. Alle Artikel waren sauber und gepflegt, wie die gesamte Wohnung. Leider gibt es keine Auflagen fĂŒr die BalkonstĂŒhle und auch die beiden Auflagen fĂŒr die Liege sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Stecker der Stehlampe war kaputt. Sehr erfreulich, dass es einige deutsche TV-KanĂ€le gibt. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

TrÚs bon séjour

Appartement spacieux dans résidence trÚs calme. TrÚs beau cadre et idéalement situé pour visiter l'Andalousie. Fidel donne de précieux conseils pour faciliter le séjour. A noter également la facilité d'accÚs à l'appartement via le coffre fort, trÚs pratique à cas d'arrivée tardive ou départ anticipé. Je recommande cet appartement.

Nice apartment but!

Nice enough apartment, the owner was very prompt dealing with any query or problem, two nice pools, the smaller pool was nearest to the apartment and never overcrowded. You definately need a car as there isn't much around and the few local restaurants are down a steep hill. BUT our main reason for accepting being a long way from the front, was the promise in the description and from the pictures, of a spectacular view from the balcony, this is not the case!. The trees that you can see in the pictures are now 6-10 feet higher than the balcony and the only view you get is by looking between the trees from one end of the balcony. We were very disappointed having envisaged sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the coast. Obviously this is not the owners fault and there is nothing he can do about it but the description is inaccurate.

Tout d'abord, la communication avec Fidel est excellente, c'est trĂšs rassurant ! L'appartement est situĂ© dans une rĂ©sidence sĂ©curisĂ©e, Ă  10min sur les hauteurs de Sitio de Calahonda, donc voiture impĂ©rative... Les 2 piscines permettent de se baigner sans problĂšme, les enfants se sont rĂ©galĂ©s. Apparemment qui contient tout le nĂ©cessaire, manque peut-ĂȘtre quelques couteaux de meilleures qualitĂ©s pour cuisiner. Le seul petit bĂ©mol est le stationnement, si vous sortez le soir, il est trĂšs difficile de pouvoir se garer dans la rĂ©sidence... À recommander

Fabuleux!!

L’appartement trĂšs beau et trĂšs propre, la rĂ©sidence sĂ©curisĂ©e et trĂšs bien entretenue, beaux jardins et belles piscines. In a very pleasant time in this apartment

We spent two weeks in this apartment. Being thousands miles away from home (Stockholm) but feel your accommodation so comfortable, almost like home, was the best feature with this well-equipped and clean apartment. Location, neighbourhood and landscape was great. Last but not least, the landlord was so kind and responsive in any sense. We can just give our best recommendation for renting this apartment.

The apartment is perfect. 2 lovely bedrooms, all equipment and good wi-fi.

You really can't do better than this. We know the block well and this is a tip-top apartment. There is a lovely pool (we went daily) and a short trip down the hill (by car) for supermarket, morning coffee, papers - the lot. Serious recommendation.

Excellent Appartment

We have just returned from a fabulous ten day holiday in Fidel's apartment. It was very clean and tidy and a spectacular view of the coast from the balcony, to watch the sun rise and sun set. The complex was very clean and tidy, I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. You do need a car, however we new that before we arrived, as we have been to the area before.

Piso amplio, muy bien equipado y muy cĂłmodo. Limpio. Una terraza con vistas al mar. Residencia tranquila y segura. Podemos aparcar el coche enfrente del piso. Propietario muy simpĂĄtico y disponible. Recomiendo el piso a todos.
