living room - living room - fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher - hob, oven and fridge) - beautiful fitted shower room with washing machine - separate toilet - storage
Upstairs: 3 beautiful bedrooms (2 beds 1.40 and 1 bed 1.20) with cupboards- 1 office with large closet-
Pleasant enclosed garden of approximately 200 m2 with table, chairs and barbecue
Private and secure parking
This house benefits from an exceptional environment with several beaches, nautical center at 100m, village of Séné at 2 kms (all shops), port of Vannes at 6 kms, without forgetting the numerous coastal paths along the Gulf at the foot of the house and the pier leading to the island of Arz located 10 minutes by car.
