Direct beach access to North Kaanapali Beach from building. This unique property has a PANORAMIC VIEW and everything you will need for a dream vacation for 4 people. The condo has just been completely renovated to become the most stunning state of the art condo in Maui Kai. The condo includes a magnificent chefs kitchen, new bathroom and shower, 75" TV with Sonos home theatre sound system, new furniture and brand new Tempur-Pedic king size bed , Spinning exercise bike over the ocean view!!

The MAUI KAI resort is the closest to the water's edge that you can find on Maui. We are just a few feet from the ocean and the beach, which stretches for miles. In the evening you can watch the amazingly beautiful sunsets all year round. From November to April whale watching is a highlight right from the lanai and for those who like to swim, there are often turtles a few yards from the shore.

BUILDING IS A NON-SMOKING BUILDING. Located on the fourth floor with approximately 860 square feet of living space,with central air conditioning. This unit has a 180 degree panoramic view of the ocean as well as the islands of Molokai and Lanai. The apartment itself is ultra modern and ideal for accommodating a family as there are two sofa beds aside from the bed in the bedroom. The lanai is enclosed with large sliding screens and windows, that open so that you can enjoy the view and the proximity to the beach.

The Maui Kai resort is situated in a very convenient location, being close to shops for your everyday needs, and just a few minutes drive south to old Lahaina town, or north to the famous resort area of Kapalua. THERE IS FREE PARKING on the property!

Our favorite place in Maui

We absolutely loved this immaculate and clean condo in Maui. The screened in lanai was the icing on the cake. We saw so many whales and turtles from the balcony. And the complex had such easy access to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and a grocery store. I can’t say enough good things about it. Don’t hesitate to book this if it’s available. I so hope we can stay here again one day. Mahalo!!

Fantastic!

This is a great property: Very well-equipped, comfy bed, beautiful, fabulous view, and very convenient for all that we enjoyed during our stay. Loved having the spin bike on the lanai. And really had fun watching the whales, dolphins, and turtles right out front! The owners are very responsive and communicative, which was very much appreciated, especially after a lengthy arrival flight delay. We hope to visit Maui again in the future, and this property would be our first pick for booking again.

50th Wedding Anniversary

We came to Maui to celebrate our wedding anniversary and to watch the migration of the humpbacks. The lanai on this property was perfect…we watched mamma and baby whales, turtles and manta rays. Because the lanai could be enclosed, we were able to still sit outside when it was windy and even when it rained. We will return!!!
