Exactly what I expected

We had a fantastic stay. The property is presented exactly how it is. It is not new and fancy, but it is very well kept, clean and in a top location. Really easy to get to metro, lots of supermarkets, a nice park and the chateau near by. A great place for families.

Highly recommended

5minutes down the road from our family, the apartment was ideally situated. It is close to the Metro, 15 mins to the RER and 5 mins from the Bois, Parc and Chateau. Ground floor, light and airy, the apartment was still affected by the heatwave in late June. However, we were surprised and delighted to find Clementine had thoughtfully supplied 2 fans as the heatwave intensified. As soon as we have confirmed our next travel dates, we will be seeking to again book our accommodation with Clementine. Many thanks, Richard and Brenda, Australia

Poor communication

Convenient location with metro to Paris a few block away. Check in process was overly complicated and had to call host for support. Very basic accommodations. One bedroom with pull out couches in the living room. Check out process was not clearly communicated and host was angry when the garbage was not taken out. I suggest typing up check out instructions and posting them somewhere in the apartment as well as emailing them to the guest the day before check out to ensure expectations are clear to all.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The location was brilliant - very close to the Metro, very close to supermarkets and other shops, and very quiet. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Communication with Clementine and Naceur was fantastic. They have been particularly helpful in locating several items we left behind. We'd definitely visit again.

Ottimo appartamento collegatissimo e ben fornito

Appartamento molto soddisfacente, corrispondeva perfettamente all'annuncio, ottimamente fornito di stoviglie, elettrodomestici e accessori per la casa. Posizione eccezionale, a 150 metri da una fermata di metro, in un quartiere molto tranquillo, sicuro e gradevole. Qualche problema per l'entrata (il codice non sembrava funzionare), casa con un livello sufficiente di pulizia. In generale, soluzione molto accogliente e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

This peaceful and relaxing environment, at the gates of Paris, offers numerous opportunities: shopping, shows, meetings, conferences, and more. However, the problems of city life, like pollution and noise into the night are not present. The house benefits from nearness to the city of Vincennes, with its castle, great restaurants, and the Bois de Vicennes park. It is known as "the lungs of Paris and its oasis of peace" thanks to its lakes, its horse-riding centre, its zoo, and its horticultural centre, all of which make this place unique.

What makes this property unique

It's close to Paris and Disneyland. It is located right by the Bois de Vincennes park, and close to the metro and RER. There is easy access to the motorway and parking is available. This large apartment has been well maintained so that you'll feel right at home and enjoy having friends over. The residence is peaceful and secure. It is located less than 50 metres away from local businesses.
