Welcome to the Sandy Palms Villa in Poipu!

Our luxurious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom poolside villa at The Villas at Poipu Kai is the perfect place to unwind, leave your worries at home and experience an unforgettable Kauai holiday.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE (January 4 - July 2, 2027)
Neighbouring buildings at our resort will be getting new roofs between January 4 and July 2, 2027. Work takes place on weekdays during daytime hours only - no work on weekends or holidays - so you may notice some construction noise and activity. Our building itself will not be under construction during your stay, and our nightly rates have already been reduced to reflect this. The Villas pool will be closed January 4-8 and February 16-18, 2027; on those dates guests are welcome to use the Poipu Kai pool by the tennis courts, a five-minute walk along the greenbelt.

THE CONDO - THE VILLAS AT POIPU KAI B110
This extravagant 1,600 square foot villa sits in an upscale private boutique resort with all the amenities. Each of the three bedrooms is very spacious and has its own private bathroom, giving everyone privacy. We fell in love with the high ceilings, spacious floor plan, high-end appliances and regal interior, and we hope you will too!

Make yourself at home in the gourmet kitchen, complete with granite worktops and a SubZero refrigerator. Stay cool with central air or open up the folding glass doors to extend the living room outdoors onto the big covered lanai surrounded by a lush tropical garden.

Best of all, there's no missing out on the action: the villa's corner location gives easy access to the pool and BBQ area, and the beach is an easy walk away (5 min to Brennecke's Beach, 10 min to Poipu Beach). We provide the pool and beach toys so you can focus on the fun!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
- Master suite: king bed; master bath with double sink, walk-in shower and a separate bathtub
- 2nd bedroom: king bed; private bath with walk-in shower
- 3rd bedroom: two twin beds; private bath with walk-in shower

FAMILIES
For small children we have a pack 'n play, a high chair, a crash barrier for the twin bed, kid-friendly dinnerware and cups, blackout shades in every bedroom, toys, books, sand toys, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Our beach wagon makes the 10-minute walk to the beach a breeze, and there are no stairs - it is a ground floor unit.

LOCATION
Stroll down the lush greenbelt to Kauai's best beaches (Brennecke's Beach, Poipu Beach Park and Shipwrecks Beach). The Villas at Poipu Kai is a newer boutique resort with a swimming pool, waterfall spa, exercise room, clubhouse and access to tennis courts. Self-parking is complimentary.

This place perfectly suited our needs. We loved all the amenities, and the place is roomy and comfortable. Location was great. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool and being on the ground floor made everything more accessible. We used the chairs and wagon and loved sitting on the lanai. It’s well insulated from noise from the pool outside. We would definitely rent here again. Everyone in our party was very pleased.

This was the perfect place for our family group of 6 to spend a week. The location is ideal for walking to Poipu and Brennecke's beaches. The condo had everything we needed and more. Dominika was an excellent host! The only suggestion I have is maybe adding a bookshelf where guests could leave books to read on the beach or the beautiful lanai.

We had an amazing stay here! everything is as pictured. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything you will need from bathroom supplies, kitchen ,washer and dryer and beach towels and chairs. attention to every detail and comfortable for our group of six. loved the patio right by pool with easy access The greenbelt path was a quick walk to multiple beaches. Just completed our weeklong stay, this villa was amazing! Great location with a 5 min walk to the beach. Family thought the pool was one of the best we had ever stayed at, super warm water, great access to the grills, etc. Villa was really spacious, clean, with great access to the pool area. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable. Will look no further than to stay here again on our next visit to Kauai!

The host, Dominika, was terrific. She was prompt, generous and hospitable. The villa was well equipped with kitchen essentials, plus more, and it was great having access to chairs, a beach mat, boogie boards, etc. Steps away from the pool. An easy walk to beaches. Lovely lanai!

Great property for a group / family

We were looking for place with 3+ bedrooms and good classy amenities and this did not disappoint us. It has a great kitchen , uncrowned private pool , close to beach and village . The property owner / manager was very communicative and kind We loved it.

Easy and convenient getaway

Our group fit very comfortable in this 3 bedroom. We used the kitchen and grill for several meals. We had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. The owners were very attentive to all of our needs.

We had 3 adult couples stay at Dominica’s place. It was wonderful, excellent location, easy walk to the beach, right next to the pool!! We hit Costco when we arrived and made a lot of meals at the condo. The grill area was handy. Snorkeling at Poipu beach was great! We would definitely book this place again! Beautiful villa in a great location - we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous villa and will definitely be back next time we are in Hawaii. This villa has it all including all of the necessary amenities and proximity to the beach. The bedrooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds. It was wonderful to have breakfast outdoors on the large lanai and to relax by the pool. The location is great as we could take a short walk over the Greenbelt to the beach Communication with the owners and check-in was easy and smooth. We highly recommend this place!

Exceptional Stay

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The condo was spotless at check in. It was without a doubt the most well equipped place we’ve stay at. We couldn’t get our 3 year old granddaughter out of the pool which was right out the door. It’s just a short walk down to the beach. Our family wants to return next year.
