Cute little Floridian home

We love this neighborhood! I can run to the beach everyday and it’s very close to the Legacy trail for biking. The house was clean. We liked having TV’s in the bedrooms and the bathrooms were very nice. we enjoyed backing up to water vs. a neighbor. The neighbors were very welcoming and stopped to chat if we were outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Worth the stay!

We came as a group of 7 and two dogs. The house satisfied our needs. It was clean and very accommodating. We utilized one of the rollaway beds which worked very well for us. The pool was refreshing and large enough for all of us to enjoy at the same time. The drive to the beach was only about 10 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. The only disappointment was that there was no ping pong table. Apparently, it has been replaced with an air hockey table but that didn’t work well either. Our family really loves ping pong and was looking forward to having that as an option when returning back to the house each night. However, that did not take away from us having a wonderful vacation. The house hosts were very kind and responsive! We would stay here again!

Beautiful home

We were very happy with this house. It was beautiful and clean. The pool was great and we all enjoyed it. It's 10 minutes from the beach so that was perfect as well. It's very close to Publix which was very convenient. The owners were very responsive. We would definitely stay at the house again.

Kruse Family Sarasota Vacation

Great space for all 6 of us! Beautiful pool, comfy beds, very clean, with nice kitchen and laundry facilities! So much attention to detail in what was available for us to use for living and recreation. Nice neighborhood and convenient location. Had some issues getting hot water to sinks and showers, but was told by a friend that is common with older homes in Florida. Overall we would highly recommend this property to others, and even return again.
