Tropical paradise with large heated pool near #1 award-winning Siesta Key Beach! Off street parking. Sleeps 10. Four bedrooms all with king size beds, sleeper sofa, and two full baths. The kitchen is fully equipped. Full size washer and dryer, beach chairs, and umbrella. There are three security cameras for the safety of our renters. Located at front right side, backyard right side, and the back door. Front right side covers the front yard, driveway, and front door. Backyard right side covers the backyard and a portion of the patio. The backdoor covers the backdoor entrance and the patio area. Starter toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Pet fee $250. Cleaning fee $250. Close to Siesta Key Beach, downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's Circle, shopping, dining.

The pool area is perfect. The host is very responsive and easy going. No strict rules about being outside at night which is hard to find when booking rentals. Ten minutes to Siesta Key.

Host was great! Pool was wonderful! But house was dirty, some broken down, very worn furniture and furnishings. Thorough cleaning and some new furnisihings would be very helpful to upgrade the home. Also, dishwasher barely works. Some new towels and dish towels would also help

Thank you for mentioning that the pool was wonderful and that I was a great host. However, I need to address the concerns in your review. You stayed for 30 days and did not report a single cleanliness issue, maintenance concern, or appliance problem at any time. If the home had been dirty upon arrival or if the dishwasher was “barely working,” I would have expected immediate communication so it could be resolved. None was provided. The statement that the house was “dirty” is vague and unsupported by specifics. The home is professionally cleaned prior to each guest’s arrival. After your departure, the cleaning crew documented that the property required an extensive deep cleaning and noted that it appeared you had not performed any routine cleaning at any point during the entire 30-day stay. Given that no cleaning was done by your party during a full month, it is difficult to understand how the home’s cleanliness could be a concern during your stay. Interior furniture was also moved outside and left outdoors for an extended period by your party, which accelerates wear. It is not reasonable to criticize furnishings after using them in a manner they were not intended for. I have invested nearly a quarter of a million dollars into this property and continue to maintain and improve it. With a 9.6/10 rating across 33 reviews, this review does not reflect the experience of the vast majority of guests. Constructive feedback is welcome when communicated clearly and in real time.

Nice family house

This is a good place to stay with the family. The pool was nice and the house was clean. It was a little small for 6 people but that might just be because we are used to more space. The house was convenient to many restaurants and 10 minutes from the beach.

The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable, the pool was beautiful, however the house was supposed to sleep 10! The dining room had 7 chairs with no other available chairs anywhere. It was explained to us that one broke and was in the process of being replaced. That wasn’t our problem, at very least folding chairs should have been there for our use but one of us had to sit on a beach chair and one of us had to sit on a handicap bathtub chair (disgusting). Two days later one new chair was sent. There was not enough utensils, the plates were not only mid-matched but mostly all were chipped and there was no pasta pot. The glasses were plastic and most of them were pre-chewed! ( not a fully equipped kitchen) lastly the bath towels were mostly thread bare, very old and thin. For very little money these items could all be fixed and it would have been great. More utensils were delivered but it would have been really nice if a folding chair was with them as the owner knew there were 9 of us.

First, the home is listed to sleep up to 10 guests and is set up accordingly based on its bed configuration. Your reservation was for 8 guests. Regarding seating, the home is provided as shown and described in the listing. We did accommodate the seating included with the property. During your stay, additional seating was requested beyond what is listed and provided. Regarding the dining chair issue, we received your message in the afternoon and delivered a replacement chair the very next morning, along with additional utensils shortly after your request. As for kitchenware, the kitchen is fully stocked with standard cookware, including pots suitable for general cooking and pasta preparation. There was no communication during your stay regarding a missing pasta pot or any cookware issue, and we would have been happy to assist if made aware. Regarding utensils and dishware, no issues with chipped items were reported during your stay. We always encourage guests to reach out immediately so we can resolve concerns in real time. Towels are inspected regularly by our cleaning team and replaced as needed. We also received a high volume of messages throughout your stay regarding various minor items, all of which we made efforts to address promptly, especially during peak season.

Great host !! Very attentive! Pool lights were set to turn off at 10pm and they did I sent the host a email if he could turn them back on literally within 2-3 minutes the pool lights were back on and the fun continued ! Thank you so much for making my kids light !

The host sent all necessary information to enter and important information. Check in was fast and easy. Logan, the host was very helpful and readily available for any issue via Messenger on the app. He was quick to respond.The house was spacious for the family. Nice house

Nice house. It's a quick 10 minute drive to the beach and close to shopping areas. Great salt-water pool and it has large bedrooms. There is also a great little public park about a 10 minute walk from the house. Lot's of good birds and other wildlife there. It can be a little loud during the day as it's on a rather busy corner. Otherwise, great accommodations at a good price.

Fun had by all.

We had our grandkids who are all teenagers and daughter and they loved the pool. I cooked on the grill while enjoying watching them swim and laugh together. The 4 king beds were perfect for us and 2 bathrooms that were very clean and nice. The house was very clean and nice. It was like being at home. No complaints. Owner was quick to respond to me before we arrived. I had no reason to reach out when we were there.

This really is a hidden gem!

House is very comfortable and layed out great wtih plenty of room. It was nice having all adults sleeping in king beds, which is very rare. House had everything that we needed for our 3 plus week stay. Very convienent to the beaches and downtown Sarasota. Will definitely be back. Thanks Logan for hosting us.

Great 50th Anniversary Trip!

The house was in a terrific location with good proximity to Siesta Key, restaurants and grocery stores. Neither bathroom is inside a bedroom which was perfect for 8 adults sharing the space. The pool was beautiful and a great retreat after hanging out at the beach and shops during the day. The dining table was big enough for all of us to play games together. It was a great 50th anniversary stay for my in-laws!
