The Gîte du Pont Besnard is located in the heart of the village of Ségrie where you will find a baker and a restaurant. You can do your shopping in shops within 10km.

The house includes a living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer), 1 "Fragonard" bedroom (1 double bed, new bedding), 1 "Paris" bedroom (2 90x190 beds, new bedding), bathroom with toilet (1 sink), bathroom (shower with column and two sinks, hair dryer available), utility room with washing machine and dryer , Separate WC.

Ironing board and iron available.

On the first floor, a "Carnet de Voyages" bedroom with 2 beds (90x190)

Flat screen TVs in the living room and in the Fragonard bedroom

DVD player in living room and games for everyone.

Our stay in Segrie

When we arrived the owners made us feel completely at home showing us their gorgeous cottage. The accommodation was perfect. It was peaceful, quiet, charming and private. You also had lots of places to visit and see right on your doorstep. We would definitely stay there agin.

Voortreffelijk vakantiehuis dichtbij Alpes Mancelles

We verbleven 5 dagen in deze leuke gite (ouders + 2 tieners (15 en 17)) en hadden er het heel erg naar onze zin. De eigenaren zorgen voor een warm en persoonlijk onthaal. Het vakantiehuis is heel ruim (zeker voor 4 personen) en is voorzien van alle comfort (goed uitgeruste keuken). Je beschikt ook over een grote private tuin met diverse zithoeken. We kozen de locatie als uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Alpes Mancelles en Le Mans. Het vakantiehuis was heel netjes.

Gite mal isolé

Gîte bien équipé, mais attention, il peut faire très froid et humide dans la Sarthe et dans ce cas, on sent bien que toutes les fenetres ne sont pas en double vitrage. Le forfait électrique (10kwh/ jour ) est alors très vite dépassé car radiateurs sont peu performants et isolation des murs à revoir.

Toute la maison est équipée en double vitrage comme indiqué dans la description. Les chambres ont 60cm de laines de verre au plafond et les murs sont isolés. La toiture de la maison a été refaite pour isoler. Le poele à bois dans le salon chauffe la salle à manger, le salon, la cuisine et la chambre de l'étage. Le bois est fourni à un tarif très avantageux. La météo pendant le séjour a été particulièrement froide et humide. Elle ne fait pas hélas partie de la prestation! Pour information,les radiateurs ont tous été changés. La maison est équipée (depuis janvier 2021) de radiateurs électriques dernière génération "émetteurs électriques à régulation électronique à fonctions avancées (exemple détection de fenêtre ouverte)"

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad gedurende 4 dagen. Idiaal adres om 24 uur Le Mans te bezoeken

Fijn huis, vriendelijke gastheer. Ruimte plenty. Warm aangekleed, beetje brocante. Alles in overvloed aanwezig. Aanrader. Niets op aan te merken. Wij waren de eerste gasten uit Nederland.
