Fortunately, Bimini was spared any damage from the recent hurricane affecting the northern Bahamas
This new Port Royale 1680 sq ft rental on a canal is minutes away from the bluewater gulf stream, and a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Bimini.
Dockage is included in the price and a six passenger golf cart is available for $70 a day
Children and pets are welcome,
Local activities include a casino on the north island, beaches, lobstering, snorkeling, fishing, swimming with dolphins, and kayaking.
For the benefit of fisherman, there is a 50 pound per day icemaker underneath the kitchen counter next to the refrigerator

Group of seven boys celebrating my son‘s bachelor party. We arrived by Bow and the location was excellent with the private dock.The house was great golf carts on site for an extra fee. Super convenient. Location was perfect short boat ride to bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful stay Phil’s beautiful home in South Bimini. The house was comfortable and perfectly located. Huge thanks to the house manager, Jason, who was incredibly helpful and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Fantastic host with great communication. The property is in great shape, I strongly recommend getting the golf carts as well. The dock was amazing, but bring your own ropes and fenders, there are some rough edges on the dock post and you don’t want any damage. There is water and 30amp power at the docks. Great amenities, new Weber grill and ice maker are a plus. Make ABSOLUTELY sure you bring bug spray and mosquito repellent, they come out in force at sunset. South Bimini is on the quieter side, but was perfect for my wife and the family. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will be back. Philipe and the local caretaker are extremely responsive to anything that may come up during your stay, we had a non functioning AC unit, and it was fixed in a few short hours. Check in, if traveling by boat is easy on South Bimini with less lines and stress, provided no commercial flight is arriving at the same time as you and your vessel. You get full usage of the infinity pool at the Bimini Cove resort, which has a great poolside bar and restaurant. Bimini cove is also the place where you can grab a taxi to get to the airport to complete your check in process. Truly a boaters heaven. Highly recommend staying with Philipe at Conch Heaven.

Excellent Bimini Trip

Stayed here for a week in July. House is great. Phil and his property manager are always available if you need anything. Also there is a 50lb a day ice maker that really comes in handy.

Absolute dream vacay

We trailered our boat down to Dania beach and took it across to Bimini, whole process was super easy getting through customs checking in all went smoothly. The house is super convenient pulled right up to the wonderful dock carried our stuff right up, before we even got everything in jason the property manager was already checking in to answer any questions we had. we will definitely be coming back!

Great house- perfect for our quick getaway!

We came by boat, and the house was easy to reach. It was such a relaxing trip, and it was nice to have a huge dining room table for meals. The extra large washer and dryer was great for cleaning our beach towels. We usually took excursions by boat, but we used the golf cart to go to the beach one day. I definitely recommend this property.

This property is owned by the best guy you will ever meet. He was like a Dad who made sure we were completely taken care of. He is warm and inviting and was willing to go to many many lengths to assure we have the best stay possible. We will be back many times over and have referred him to all of our friends that travel to Bimini

Extremely responsive

Our group had such a great time. Phil and Jason were so responsive, kind, and helpful. The pictures of the interior don't do it justice. The flow through between the living room and kitchen were wonderful for our group. The bedrooms were very spacious. The ice maker wasn't working for us, but Jason tried everything he could to fix it. The dock was great for our boat. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Another Awesome trip

We stayed at Casa Desantis agin this year just as we did last year the same time. Phil Desantis and Jason are awesome to work with. The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could ever need or wish for. The dock is perfect for several boats if needed We had numerous storms roll through this time and the canal were the house is located kept our boat safe and never had any concerns with it getting damaged. We highly recommend Cara Desantis for your Bimini stay
