Original house, with two verandas, renovated, comfortable, quiet, very clear, garden, parking. Two bedrooms, one on each floor, with its own bathroom and toilet. One with 160 bed. The other: futon 160 + extra bed. Possibility to have guests: sofa bed in the living room (two places). Ideal for holidays with family or friends. All trips on foot: 5 minutes from shops, 8 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from the city center and Plat-Gousset beach. Sea view. Garden and very quiet neighborhood.
