One room with toilet and bath, 2 room with no toilet and bath. Close to universities. supermarket,30 minutes to airport and ferries going to Guimaras Island and Bacolod City,this is easy for any transportation services for taxi. This area is self contained community ,air conditioned room. You can cook and this this is a sound proof and bullet proof building which made by concrete which is more safest and customize front and back door made my durable wood .
