Welcome to my hotel-zoned oceanfront two-bedroom luxury condo

Enjoy stunning floor-to-ceiling ocean views and breathtaking sunsets over the neighboring islands. See and hear the ocean from your living room and your private lanai.

This corner unit is located on the 10th floor of the Ashton Mahana in Ka'anapali

For the past year and a half, I've had the privilege of hosting a local who lost their home in the 2023 fire. They moved to their new home in August, and I am delighted to welcome back visitors for an unforgettable vacation.

You can book with confidence knowing my condo has received over 100 top-notch reviews. I have also enlisted the help of my son's good friend, Ryan, to help me host. He has hundreds of 5-star reviews and years of experience living and working in Maui and will be the primary point of contact. Together, we are always available to help our guests experience the best Maui has to offer. This is my sanctuary, home-away-from-home, and my goal is for you to feel the same during your stay.

The Mahana is about as close to the ocean as it gets, and the condo has direct ocean and West Maui mountain views. A private gate from The Mahana provides easy access to the boardwalk, which goes for miles and leads to the Kaanapali Beach resort area. Take a short walk on the boardwalk or the beach to Duke’s restaurant next door or one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment. There is direct ocean access and excellent snorkeling, though the beach varies greatly with the tides and season.

Inside the condo:
-Spacious two-bedroom, Sleeps 6 guests
-Central AC and ceiling fans to keep you cool
-1 King-size bed, 1 Cal-king bed, 1 double sleeper sofa
-Furnished lanai with direct ocean views and outdoor dining area for 6, plus a ceiling fan and lighting for extended dining and use
-Indoor dining area for 6
-Spacious living space, 1,214 sq ft + 240 sq ft lanai
-Smart TV's and high-speed WiFi
-Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
-Drip coffee maker, electric kettle, French press
-2 Full bathrooms, one walk-in shower, one large jet tub + full shower
-In-unit washer/dryer with some laundry detergent to start
-Beach towels, beach chairs, and a small beach cooler

*The comfortable living room couch includes a queen sofa bed, though many guests, including our adult children, have found it simpler and more comfortable to make up one or both sides of the L-shaped sofa into single beds, rather than pulling out the sleep sofa each night. The bedding is conveniently located in the cabinet in the hall.

*There are several rental shops for snorkeling gear within 3 minutes of the condo building. Sorry, I don’t provide snorkeling gear due to safety and hygiene.

The condo is self-check-in. I usually send detailed instructions 2 weeks before your arrival date. The door uses a personalized electronic key code. Check-in is anytime after 4 pm and check-out is anytime before 10 am

**LAHAINA FIRE**
The condo is in a beautiful area north of the fire, and all restaurants, buildings, and beaches were undamaged. This is also the case for the surrounding neighborhoods. All of my favorite beaches were untouched, and there are tons of great restaurants in Ka'anapali, Kahana, Napili, and Kapalua, just minutes from the condo. The road to Hana and my favorite hikes are still open and will likely be less crowded than they used to be.

Your visit can make such a positive impact on the island. Your presence helps to employ residents in tourism and helps to sustain local businesses. Over 80% of Maui's industry is driven by tourism, more than any other island in Hawaii

True paradise

We loved everything about our vrbo stay ..the owner (Sue) was so pleasant and helpful and the communication was excellent. The unit was very clean & updated, the beds amazingly comfortable, and you can’t beat the views from the lanai balcony and wrap around window - pure paradise! We saw sea turtles, whales and dolphins right from our window. Everything was as described in the listing ..and then some. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this vrbo to anyone coming to Maui. Perfect location and walking distance from great restaurants and shops..and a beach outside your door. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This was by far the best vrbo experience we have had. Sue was absolutely amazing and made sure our vacation was perfect. The views from the condo are absolutely breath taking. We could see whales, turtles and dolphins all from the condo window. We were all so comfortable in the beds/couch, and Sue has literally thought of everything we could have possibly needed. I can’t not recommend it enough, and would give it more than 5/5 stars!! We can not wait to book again.

Amazing views!

We loved our stay at Mahana! With a napping toddler, it was the perfect place to enjoy relaxing and amazing views right above the ocean! Better than any ground level hotel room. We saw the best sunsets here, saw multiple turtles every day and even whales! There is actually great snorkeling on the beach in front to the left (perfect If you want something low key without a lot of driving and fuss). The apartment was super comfortable and had everything we needed and Sue was very kind and responsive. Highly recommend! The only note I would add is that if you have kids (or adults) excited about a pool, the pool here is fairly small and for small kids, it doesn’t actually have a shallow end so be ware. But the water was warm and the hot tub was great and no need to worry about the pool when the ocean is right there! Mahalo!

Sue was an awesome host! She answered all our questions about beach equipment and extras that she had to make our stay super easy. The views are phenomenal!! We watched whales and sea turtles from the window and deck everyday. The condo itself was fully stocked with everything you could need plus lots of extras that meant we didn’t need to spend extra money for rentals (sunbrellas, coolers, beach towels, beach chairs etc). Check in was a breeze. The property and condo are extremely well maintained. We stayed with our 3 kids (9, 11 &13) and had plenty of space for all of us. There is a parking lot of food trucks just down the street that make dining with lots of options super convenient. We wish we had booked 2 weeks instead of 1!!

Incredible location, right on edge of beach. Amazing views especially the whale sightings every morning. Food trucks in nearby park are amazing, especially the Vietnamese one. Condo is modern and well appointed. Lovely gift basket with gifts to take home. Also appreciated the mineral sunscreen that guests had left. The only issues we had were minor. Although one doesn’t come to Hawaii to watch TV, we did find the instructions missing a step, we couldn’t watch broadcast TV from living room. Also the water pressure, especially in second bedroom was often low. But really an enjoyable stay. FYI, many restaurants in Maui are booked weeks or even months in advanced so you may need to book early. Boardwalk is great!

The property is pictured accurately, we had everything we needed! The grills at poolside are spotless and we used them regularly. The host Sue is absolutely amazing, we had a one tiny piece of advice that we needed for the lanai doors (make sure they are shut all the way) for the air to work seamlessly and Sue responded immediately. Effortless check in and check out, all the key codes and car tag info are given with check in. The views are incredible in this unit. We had a perfect stay!

Absolutely the most amazing sunsets every night with fantastic views of the islands off of Maui! Just steps from the boardwalk without all the traffic running in front of the condo unit. So nice to feel like a private beach and an easy walk to all the action! Pool and hot tub were nice too. Would stay here again upon a return visit!
