NEWLY RENOVATED IN 2021 WITH NEW FLOORING, this home is perfect for anyone who may have trouble with stairs, as it is all ground level! The decorations inside offer a very calming and soothing feel as you relax with family and friends in an open concept the living room and kitchen area or if you want to chill out for a while in the privacy of your own bedroom. The fully fenced backyard boasts a lot to offer for you and your furry friend (no Pit Bulls or dangerous dogs and no dogs over 75 lbs). You can relax and enjoy a delicious meal on the screened porch or sit around the fire pit reminiscing old stories and grill the best hamburgers and hot dogs you ever tasted on the charcoal grill as the sun goes down. Oak Island house

We were totally satisfied with this house in Oak Island. We brought our pets and the fenced in back yard was very nice for them. We would stay at this house again. Very clean and nice home.

Terrible Stay

The property wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The front door was standing wide open when we got there. The kitchen chairs were broken. We went to the hardware store and purchased supplies to fix them. The back patio was nasty with leaves all over it. The floors had not been swept in any of the rooms. There was hair and lint under the beds and stuck to the dining room tables. Couch in living room was worn out. Better Beach Rentals is horrible. No communication about front door being left open. I left this house 100% better than I found it.
