Casa Marigrè is located 30 meters from the sea, in the seaside village of Stazzo, 10 minutes from the city of Acireale. The strategic position of Stazzo near the tollgate of Giarre and Acireale allows you to reach both Taormina and Catania within 20 minutes. The house also enjoys a vast panorama of Etna which can be reached in about 40 minutes. The newly renovated building consists of an apartment consisting of 2 living rooms, three bedrooms all air-conditioned, two bathrooms with shower, two laundries and two kitchens with large terrace level. (total beds 6 + 2).
The house is equipped with new furniture and appliances:

Peppe is a very nice host, very responsive and attentive to all our needs.He gave us all the advices about the surrounding areas, restaurants, lidos, swimming, parking, etc. and was very easy to communicate with.We had access to two kitchens and they were very nicely equipped with everything needed to prepare meals in the house. We had very nice breakfast in the garden with the view of mountain Etna and enjoyed outdoors shower.Swimming in the area is possible from the the wooden platforms built among black volcanic rocks, all of them including private ones are open to public by the local law to get to the water. There are also public platforms for sunbathing and a small public beach in town with black volcanic sand. We enjoyed a trip to Taormina and a boat tour in the bay. Very nice and relaxing place!

Very nice, comfortable, quiet location with beautiful views (sea, volcano)

Very nice, comfortable and well-equipped house close to the sea with beautiful views and garden. Air conditioning in all rooms makes even the hottest weather not bothersome. Very quiet location. The garage makes it easier to use your car in a place with a limited number of free parking spaces on narrow streets. The host Giuseppe is very helpful. Wooden platforms on the rocks facilitate access and make bathing in the sea safe and enjoyable. 20 min by car to the pebble beach (San Marco free beach) for people who like to sunbathe or have small children. Good location as a starting point for visiting beautiful villages, towns and cities. 40 min. to Catania airport, which provides easy access to the house. I strongly recommend this house for people looking for a quiet location with a good standard, close to the sea and with beautiful views.

Wir waren als Familie für eine Woche in dieser tollen Wohnung; großer Garten, Garage fürs Auto, Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Aetna.Giuseppe hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt; ein kleines Malheur mit dem Schlüssel wurde schnell und unkompliziert behoben. Vielen Dank!! Perfekter Ausgangsort für Ausflüge nach Taormina (40 min.), Catania und Syrakus (1,5 Std.). Unbedingte Empfehlung!!

Schöne Unterkunft für Tagestouren an der Ostküste

Als Wohnung angeboten und fast ein Haus bekommen. Zwei Badezimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Garage, große Terrasse vor der Wohnung (1. Stock, über eine Treppe zu erreichen) und eine riesige Dachterrasse.Eine sehr gute Unterkunft, alle Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer waren klimatisiert und sauber.Giuseppe war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei vielen Fragen geholfen. Wir haben einen Willkommensgruß erhalten (Nudeln, Soße, Wasser, Bier). Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wohl gefühlt und können sie empfehlen. Einzig die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas unvollständig (wenig Geschirr und Besteck, Schäl- und Küchenmesser fehlen).Der schönen Terrasse fehlt es an Beleuchtung, diese mussten wir durch einige Kerzen erhellen. Ein Zugang zum Meer besteht nicht, die lokalen Zugänge (Stege über Lavastein) sind vermietet, also nicht öffentlich. Für uns war das unerheblich, weil wir eher Tagestouren unternommen haben.

Absolute Zufriedenheit

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern sechs wunderbare Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht.Die Wohnung war sehr schön, geräumig und perfekt ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Sauberkeit und der großen Freundlichkeit der Vermieter.Für Fragen oder Hilfe stand der Vermieter jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit zur Verfügung.Der Garten war einfach herrlich, und die Zitronen aus dem eigenen Garten schmecken ganz anders als die aus dem Supermarkt.Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft (eigentlich eher ein Haus!) uneingeschränkt für einen gemütlichen und erholsamen Urlaub weiter.Auch wir selbst würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.Lieber Herr Giuseppe, Ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft haben wir sehr geschätzt – vielen Dank, dass Sie uns einen so wunderbaren Urlaub in Ihrem Haus ermöglicht haben!

Mycket fint och lugnt boende med hav och vackra vyer

Ett mycket fint boende nära havet, med bra badmöjligheter från träbryggor. Fri sikt mot vulkanen Etna (som t o m hade ett litet utbrott under vår tid i Stazzo). Lägenheten är fin och mycket välutrustad. Värden Guiseppe är väldigt hjälpsam och tillmötesgående. Fin trädgård och flera terrasser och balkong runt hela lägenheten. Stazzo är en liten ort med några restauranger och en några små butiker, men det går lätt att åka buss t o r Acireale för att komma in till en större stad och kunna handla i större butiker. Hempizza kan levereras till lägenheten och Guiseppe hjälper gärna till att beställa, om man har problem med italienskan. Starka rekommendationer för detta boende där vi hade två fantastiska veckor i lugn och ro.

Maison agréable dans une zone résidentielle à proximité de la mer, pas de plage mais baignade depuis des plateformes (pas adapté a de jeunes enfants). Un très joli jardin et plusieurs terrasses.

Großzügige und ruhige Unterkunft mit schönen Terrassen

Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, ist ruhig gelegen und von der Dachterasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Ätna. Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man benötigt, lediglich die Küchenutensilien (Besteck, Pfannen, Töpfe) könnten etwas besser sein, wenn man regelmäßig kochen möchte. Wir nutzten die Unterkunft als Basis für Wanderungen und Besichtigungen im Ätna-Gebiet und an der Ostküste und es war alles gut zu erreichen. Stazzo selbst ist ein kleiner Ort, bietet aber alles für die täglichen kleinen Besorgungen. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar.

La mer et l'Etna

L'appartement situé au premier étage d'une maison avec une grande terrasse est parfaitement situé. Vue sur l'Etna de la terrasse, la mer avec possibilité de baignade au bout de la rue ( rochers avec aménagements en bois pour pouvoir se baigner sans chaussures ) et à moins d'une heure des sites à visiter. La maison est très soignée et très agréable. En temps de forte chaleur en Sicile nous avons apprecié la clim dans les chambres. Le jardin est magnifiques. Le seul petit probleme rencontré est l'accès internet qui n'a jamais bien fonctionné mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer une belle semaine. Nous la recommandons sans probleme.

Gräumiges, sehr sauberes und relativ frisch saniertes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war für uns 3 Personen relativ großzügig geschnitten mit 2 Bädern und 2 Schlafzimmern. Die Vermieter warten sehr freundlich. Das Haus machte insgesamt einen sehr gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große, sehr gepflegte Garten und die vielen Möglichkeiten, sich im Freien aufzuhalten (Terrasse, Dachterrasse und Garten) Einziges Manko war der quasi nicht vorhandene Strand, aber das Baden war möglich, da das Meer ca. 30 Meter entfernt war. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Très belle location près de Catane (situation centrale pour visiter Taormina, Syracuse et l'Etna). Bel étage rénové en 2014 composé de 2 appartements complets proposant 2 chambres (doubles) individuelles et la possibilité d'aménager une troisième chambre dans une des pièces. Très confortable et fonctionnel pour 6 personnes. Très propre à l'arrivée. Garage, grande terrasse, jardin avec douche extérieure. Situation très calme à 100m de la mer (pas de plage - petites criques rocheuses mais facilement accessibles) - voiture nécessaire. Propriétaire très réactif et très serviable. Seul bémol: la capacité et le débit internet de la connexion wifi sont un peu faibles. A recommander
