The apartment is located in the city center, overlooking the sea.
Beach located 2 minutes on foot via the iron bridge which is in front of the house.
It is composed :
- a bathroom (sink, shower, WC) + hairdryer
- a bedroom with wall-mounted wardrobe (hangers provided) + table and iron.
- sitting area with BZ (for 2 people) + TV
-Small fitted kitchen (microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, gas hob, fridge with small freezer, washing machine) - dishes are included.
- Small terrace with table, chairs and parasol.
- Air conditioning and clothes line included.

Bath sponges are rented 5 Euros per couple (2 large, 2 medium)
Bed sheets are also rented (10 Euros for the bed and 10 Euros for the BZ)
The mezzanine is not accessible.
This accommodation includes stairs. It is located on the first floor.
Pets are not accepted.
The apartment is non-smoking.
The inventory will be made on arrival and at the start of each stay (breakage and cleanliness).
A deposit of 250 Euros will be requested upon arrival.

Appartamento carino e confortevole molto ben atrezzato. Posizione fantastica (a 100mt dal centro ma contemporaneamente lontano dalla ressa, si trova di fronte al porto canale) a pochi metri dal supermercato, pizzeria, imbarchi dei traghetti per le spiagge. La camera da sulla strada principale ma il rumore si sente pochissimo). Unica nota non fantastica è l'estermo che lascia un po a desiderare ( ma è solo una questione estetica). Très bon séjour à St Florent

L’appartement correspond tout à fait à l’annonce, nous n’avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise. Il est idéalement situé à côté du port, de la ville et de la plage. Nous avions un vol très tôt le matin et Nadège s’est rendue disponible pour l’état des lieux. Rien à redire, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

A quelques pas du centre de St Florent (et son jeu de boules 😃) ou la plage, c’était parfait 👌 L’entrée de l’immeuble laisse à désirer mais la terrasse et l’appartement sont au 1 er et sont nickel, tout fonctionne, nous avons passé de super vacances !

Le logement est tout a fait convenable, accueillant et facile d' accès. avec toutes les commodités .Vue sur la mer et le port avec une terrasse ou l'on peut déjeuner sans vis à vis en regardant les bateaux entrer et sortir du port. Le centre ville est accessible à 5mn à pieds ainsi que la plage la plus proche. L'accueil des propriétaires est à noter de par leur gentillesse et leur confiance. De l’eau au frigo ainsi que des gâteaux typiques sont mis à disposition à notre arrivée en guise de cadeaux. Bref, que des compliments car ça en vaut la peine. Nous avons passé 4 jours dans ce bel appartement. Nous avons apprécié sa vue (face au port), son calme et sa proximité de toutes les commodités et animations (on peut tout faire à pied même avec notre petit de 4 ans).
