Villa CERJAN offers you nice accommodation experience with amazing sea view. It is ideal for families, couples and small groups of people.
***NEW SWIMMING POOL AND LOUNGE AREA ***
Private stoney beach with concrete sunbathing areas and bert for boat is just a 50 meters from the Villa. Another beautiful pebble beach ideal for children is just 150 meters away. Villa of 155 m2 consists 3 etage connected by external stairs. One bedroom with shower and toilet is on ground floor. In front of it is a terrace with sea view under wine grapes.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed, one bathroom and nice small kitchen. First bedroom have exit to the terrace vith sea view.
On the second floor is one bedroom with a double bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchen and living room area. On the second floor there is also a big terrace with a magnificent sea view.
The villa is air-conditioned and it has WiFi internet. Private parking protected from the sun is close to the house. Opposite to the villa on the outside terrace there is private pool with stunning sea view on whole archipelago. In front of pool there is place for relaxing and enjoying in sun, and at evening in dinner by barbecue.

You can also sit on terrace, enjoying and relax while we are preparing a dinner for you.
Fish dinner or our homespeciality "Peka".

We had a wonderfull time at the villa. The view was amazing, the private spot at the water was superb. The villa was very clean and the owners super friendly and hospitable. We didn't want to go home ;).

Auszeit mit Meerblick

Wir waren 3 Ehepaare, daher die 3 Wohneinheiten sehr gut. Allerdings sind diese nicht gleichwertig. Die Küche in der mittleren Wohnung ist nicht nutzbar. Der Blick vom Pool unglaublich. Wir haben alle Mahlzeiten dort eingenommen. Unser Vermieter war von Beginn an sehr hilfsbereit, alle unsere Wünsche hat er umgehend erfüllt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hin fahren. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit in ihrem Haus.

Wundervoller Sommerurlaub

Wir waren für etwa zwei Wochen mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kids zwischen 9 und 14 in Gordons wundervollem Haus. Es war traumhaft. Sehr ruhig gelegen auf dem (zugegeben recht steilen) Berg, der Pool ist über die Straße (fahren am Tag etwa 2 Autos vorbei) auf einem extra Grundstück mit Grill, Sitzecke und Liegestühlen. Das Meer erreicht man über einen Fußweg und hat dort einen direkten Zugang über Leitern sowie bereitgestellte Sonnenschirme. Außerdem kann man auf der Landzunge drei verschiedene Strände fussläufig erreichen. Insgesamt ist die Gegend wunderschön, es war einfach ein Traum! Gordons Vater hat sich täglich um den Pool gekümmert und war bei Fragen oder Problemen immer sofort zur Stelle. Das Haus war sauber und in der Küche alles notwendige vorhanden. Wenn wir gegrillt haben war am nächsten Tag wieder frisch aufgeschichtet und es konnte erneut gegrillt werden. Wer nicht mag muss das Haus nicht wirklich verlassen. Es kommt täglich ein Fahrzeug mit Backwaren und zu Fuß erreicht man einen kleinen Supermarkt, den größeren muss man mit dem Auto aufsuchen. Für Menschen die im Urlaub gerne Ruhe genießen und etwas ab vom Touristen Trubel sein wollen ist dies der perfekte Ort! Wir werden definitiv wieder einmal kommen!

Wunderbar, Traumurlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Gordon und seiner Familie. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, auf 3 Etagen aufgeteilt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten einen tollen Empfang! Der Poolbereich wirkt sehr neu und ist sehr sauber. Es hat eine schöne Grillstelle beim Pool. Die Aussicht über das Meer ist herrlich. Das Meer ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Es hat Sonnenschirme, die kostenlos genutzt werden dürfen. Für Fragen war immer jemand in der Nähe und Gordons Vater war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen die Villa gerne weiter! Am besten mit Mietauto zu erreichen, da Sevid eher abgelegen und im Dorf nur ein kleiner Shop zum Einkaufen ist. Liebe Grüsse und danke für alles!

Wir waren als Familie im Ferienhaus der Villa Cerjan. Die erwachsenen Kinder mit Freund / Freundin hatten durch die 3 getrennten Wohnungen ihr eigenes Reich. Alles war sehr sauber, die Gastgeber waren unaufdringlich und sehr nett. Der kleine Strandabschnitt hat uns sehr gefallen. Der hauseigene Pool war toll für eine kleine Zwischenabkühlung. Alles in Allem ein toller Ort für einen gelungenen Urlaub....

Herrliche Poolanlage mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir hatten äußerst viel Platz auf 3 Etagen, Klimaanlage und Badezimmer tiptop! Dennoch - die Aussicht vom Poolbereich ist einfach unglaublich! Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das von der Familie zubereitete Abendessen - Entspannung und Erholung in dieser Umgebung perfekt!

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit wunderbarem Pool, privatem Strand, sehr schönem Blick aufs Meer. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wer Erholung, Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier richtig. Aber auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung sind zu empfehlen. Ganz klare Reiseempfehlung!

Ferientraum in ruhiger Lage

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von den Gastgebern auf das Herzlichste empfangen und fühlten uns sofort pudelwohl. Wir haben die gesamte Familie Cerjan (inkl. Katze) sofort ins Herz geschlossen. Die Woche verging wie im Flug. Nicht zuletzt die von den Gastgebern am Grill zubereiteten Speisen sind eine Klasse für sich - probieren Sie es selbst! Everything was fantastic!

Wonderful location, stunning view and a very nice, clean house. The house comes with a seperate poolarea which was not only larger than expected but also a perfect place for sunbathing, eating and relaxing. You also get a private place on the cliffs by the sea , where we spent most of our time. The owners were very kind. You stay next door to them and they help you immidiately with everything. We could not have asked for better hosts! They made us a wonderful, delicious dinner with grilled homecaught fish. Good price and highly recommended! Definitely a place worth visiting. Ein toller Urlaub 2019

Heuer verbrachten wir (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) unseren Urlaub in Sevid in diesem tollen Haus bei Familie Cerjan. Es war wunderbar! Das Haus toll eingerichtet, der Pool immer top gepflegt, die Hauseigentümer sehr gastfreundlich. Für uns war es wichtig unsere ganzen Fahrzeuge (Jetski, Boot, Quard) unterzubringen. Die Hauseigentümer organisierten noch eine weitere Parkmöglichkeit beim Nachbarn für unseren großen Hänger. Anlegeplatz für Boot und Jetski war auch vorhanden. Wir haben uns einmal von Fam. Cerjan bekochen lassen und es war sehr lecker. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Die Villa Cerjan ist ein Haus nach dem wir lange gesucht haben - all unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt. DANKE! Kurz gesagt - sehr empfehlenswert! Liebe Grüße Anita & Philipp Kastl

Great house in Sevid

We were 2 families staying for a week in this beautiful house with private pool and relax area, we also have a private area by the sea that was really nice. Tolle Unterkunft in einem urigen Dorf

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und ruhig. Alles was man braucht ist darin zu finden. Die Klimaanlagen sind klasse, weil sie vielfältig einstellbar sind. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Pool über den Dächern von Sevid. Größer als erwartet und viele schattige Liege,- und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Traumhaft. Auch das private Plätzchen am Meer ist super toll. Es ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Zwei große Sonnenschirme stehen bereit. Über Einstiegsleitern geht es ins Meer. Es gibt nur wenige Nachbarn, oft ist man da sogar alleine, sehr erholsam und heutzutage sehr selten. Die Familie Cerjan ist super lieb und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, falls notwendig. Alles in allem ein wundervoller Urlaub. Herzlichen Dank!

Nice place to have a holiday

We stayed Villa Cerjan 2 weeks in June 2019. The house was very clean and suitable for our two families ( 8persons ). Pool area was great with nice "grillin-zone". The view was exelent and the private beach was really nice to our families. If you are going to book this place, you need to consider that there is three separate "apartments" in three floors. They all have own entrances. Sevid is very nice and peaceful place, but you will need a car to get to e.g. bigger groceries or restaurants. Gordon and his father Mato were very helpful and nice hosts. Simo

Wunderschöne Ferien

Ein wunderschöner Platz, um sich zu erholen. 1. Haus: Das Haus war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Von jedem Stockwerk hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Sehr liebevoll und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, genügend Handtücher vorhanden, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, auch mit Spülmaschine. Und sehr schön war auch das kleine Willkommensessen: ein Platte mit Schinken; Käse, Oliven, Brot, Rotwein, Bier, Wasser, O-Saft befanden sich im Kühlschrank. 2. Strand: Zum kleinen privaten Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Allerdings führt nur eine steile, schwer begehbare Treppe zu dem Platz. Wenn man nicht ganz so fit zu Fuss ist, ist er schwierig zu erreichen. Der nächste Kiesstrand ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. 3. Pool: Zum Pool muss man zwar über eine kleine Strasse gehen, aber er ist sehr sauber, mit genügend Liegestühlen und Sonnenschutz ausgestattet. Außerdem gibt es einen Tisch mit Stühlen, der sich wunderbar eignet, die Mahlzeiten mit Meerblick zu geniessen. 4. Auto: Ein Auto wird unbedingt benötigt. 5. Ausflüge: Nach Split ca. 40 Min, Trogir ca. 20 Min., Marina ca. 20 Min. Ausflug zu den Wasserfällen per Auto und Boot war sehr schön 6. Einkaufsmöglichkeit: Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden, in dem man alles Notwenige bekommt. Größere Läden gibt es überall an der Straße 7. Vermieter: die Vermieter leben im Haus nebenan und sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gordons Vater hat zweimal für uns gekocht (1) Dorade mit Gemüse und Salat und (2) Dalmatinische Peka mit Gemüse und Salat, immer dabei waren Wasser, Saft, Wein und Krapa. Das Essen und die Weine waren fantastisch! Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen!

La casa è come rappresentato nelle foto e ben attrezzata. La piscina è funzionale ed esposta al sole tutto il giorno con ottimi spazi per prendere il sole e stare in relax. Sentire la discesa a mare praticamente privata a pochi scalini da casa con mare eccellente. Ma la sorpresa maggiore è la gentilezza e l ospitalità della famiglia; padre e filgio sono di disponibilità assuta. Consgiatissimo.

Siamo 2 famiglie, 8 persone in tutto e la casa è davvero perfetta. Le camere su 3 piani, con scala esterna, tutto rinnovato da poco, pulito ed efficiete. Lo spazio esterno della piscine/solarium (diviso dalla casa da una stradina) è comodissimo ed a uso esclusivo, comodo per rilassarsi, prendere il sole. La posizione sul promontorio è invidiabile, a 5 minuti a piedi da qualsiasi spiaggia si voglia raggiungere. Il posto è tranquillo e frequentato solo da chi ha una casa per cui le spiagge non sono mai state affollate. Posto splendido, casa comodissima, padroni di casa ospitali e gentilissimi. Vogliamo tornarci....

Noch schöner als auf den Fotos!

Wir waren 4 Paare, alle ca. mitte zwazig alt. Das Haus, der Pool und die Terasse sind sehr schön und haben uns sogar positiv gegenüber den Fotos überrascht. Auf den Fotos wirkt einiges kleiner als es wirklich ist. Auf der Terasse ist ein großer Tisch für alle 8 Personen und es sind ausreichend Liegen und Platz für alle vorhanden. Auch der Privat-Liegeplatz am Meer ist ausreichend und schön. Besonder empfehlen können wir das angebotene Dinner des Vermieter, es war wirklich sehr lecker und der Preis war fair. Ein Nachteil des Ferienhauses ist die Lage bezüglich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (es gibt nur ein kleineres Geschäft in Gehnähe - ausreichend für Frühstück und Snacks) und Restaurants/Bars. Es ist sehr ruhig und angenehm, für Ausflüge und Abendprogramm muss man jedoch mit dem Auto ein Stückchen weiter fahren. Die Familie Cerjan ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilft bei Problemen oder Anfragen gerne weiter.

Beautiful property and warm friendly owners!!

The location was excellent, being close enough (40 min.) to Split airport, Split center, Trogir and several beautiful towns to the north. The facilities could not be cleaner, with good beds , air conditioning for every room, kitchen well stocked and a terrific pool and grill area. The view of the sea from virtually every point is unforgettable. We were warmly greeted by Gordon and his father, who couldn’t be more helpful! Any problems are quickly solved since they live next door. They will even prepare a delicious meal (highly recommend) for you at a very reasonable price. Swimming is excellent ,either at their private area or the nice public beach a short walk away. Food shopping is convenient with a small well stocked market in town and several others between nearby towns. Restaurants are plentiful and the seafood is generally excellent anywhere you go. Ruhig gelegenes Haus, super für größere Gruppen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Netter Vermieter. Nicht viele Ausgehmöglichkeiten (1 Restaurant, 1 Supermarkt) daher haben wir uns vom Vermieter bekochen lassen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Haus nur empfehlen.
