Very nice base for northern Toscana

The apartment was well equipped, the hosts were very gentle and we felt like home. Lucca, Pisa, Firenze and other places are nearby and good to reach.

Super emplacement pour découvrir la Toscane

Nous avons été sous le charme de l endroit Lucques. Nos hotes Silvia et Marco ont ete superbes tout le long de notre séjour. Avenant, et à l écoute. L'endroit.sur.LUcques.etait superbe, nos hôtes nous ont proposé des vélos.le.mong de.notre.sejour! Au top. La maison très propre . Merci et à recommander fortement.

A nice apartment next to Lucca, easy access with bus

We really enjoyed our stay in Lucca and in Casa Magnolia. The kitchen had good facilities for cooking and we cooked some fresh pasta that we bought in Lucca every night. The house keeps itself cool even during the hottest times if you keep the windows and doors closed during daytime.

Sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig, ruhige sonnige Terrasse mit schöner Sicht, Fahrräder praktisch

Lage sehr gut, nette Gastgeber, unkompliziert. Netter Hund mit Eigensinn im Hof, zwei Katzen auch dabei. Geheimtipp : winzige Einmannbäckerei paneficio Ragghianti mit Original- Pane di Toscana an der Via Romana nur 4 Minuten mit dem Rad, Postamt ein paar Meter weiter. Ambulanze zum nahen ospedale und die Kirchenglocken gehören zum dörflichen Flair.

I proprietari sono molto ospitali e disponibili, la casa è spaziosa e dotata di ogni comodità per adulti e bambini, che hanno molto apprezzato gli spazi esterni, il verde e gli animali domestici. La posizione è strategica, vicinissima a Lucca e a 30 minuti dai principali punti di interesse: Pisa, Zoo di Pistoia, mare, garfagnana, Viareggio, ecc. Consigliatissima!!

Très bon acceuil de nos hôtes. Maison très bien équipée à tous points de vue: linge, vaisselle, instruments de cuisine. Magnifique jardin. Parking fermé pour voiture. Silvia et son mari nous ont prêté des vélos pour aller jusqu'à Lucca où nous avons pu visiter la ville et aussi prendre le train et le bus pour d'autres excursions, il y a une piste cyclable, mais malheureusement il en manque une partie pour arriver jusqu'aux remparts, ce qui pour un couple de retraités n'est pas sans danger. Malgré la grande route tout près, location calme. A recommander.

Un alloggio tranquillo vicino al centro di Lucca

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Siamo stati in 4, due adulti e due bambine piccole e non ci è mancato nulla. La casa è molto ben tenuta e davvero a 5 min di auto dal centro. La zona è molto tranquilla e immersa nel verde lecchese. La Sig.ra Guidi e il marito sono due persone molto cortesi, gentili ed estremamente disponibili. Insomma un'esperienza molto positiva che consigliamo vivamente a chi vuol passare un periodo di vacanza a Lucca e dintorni.

Kinderfreundlich und behindertengerecht in einer herzlichen Familie

Das Haus: eine typisch toskanische Landvilla in großem Garten - wir haben gefühstückt zwischen Olivenbäumen und Oleander, und für Kinder ist hier genug Platz zum Toben mit vielen Spielgeräten und mit Hund, Katz, Schildkröten und anderen Haustieren. Die Wohnung: geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt, ausgestattet mit allem, was ein moderner Haushalt braucht. Dabei groß und geräumig, bequem für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung - ich habe mich mit meinem Rollator problemlos überall bewegen können. Separat mit eigenem Hauseingang - man ist für sich, wenn man das möchte, und doch zugleich Teil einer quirrligen, fröhlichen, gastfreundlichen italienischen Großfamilie, die Fremde ohne viele Umstände teilhaben lässt an ihrrem Laben. Und dann ist da natürlich Silvia, die Vermieterin, die über den Feriengästen wohnt: hilfsbereit, freundlich, mit vielen guten Ratschlägen für die Fremden und - bei kleineren Unfällen oder Erkrankungen - einer wohlsortierten Hausapotheke. Sie hat uns sogar gemeinsame Urlaubsfotos nachgeschickt. Danke, Silvia. Gut: Die Wohnung hat keinen Meerblick. Aber bis zum nächsten kilometerlangen, sehr sauberen Sandstrand sind es nur etwa 30 Minuten Fahrt. Dafür bleibt dem Gast aber auch der ganze Rummel erspart, der dort Tag und Nacht herrscht. Man lebt hier in fast dörflicher Ruhe zwischen wunderschönen Gärten, Baumschulen und endlosen Spazierwegen. Und dabei ist man verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden. Zur nächsten Busstation sind es 300 Meter, von dort erreicht man die Altstadt von Lucca in 20 Minuten - ohne Parkplatzsuche und -gebühr, und ohne Ärger über die horrenden italienischen Benzinpreise. Spannende toskanische Städte - Pisa, Livorno, Viareggio, Florenz - sind von Lucca aus in wenigen Minuten mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Wir haben das Auto einfach stehen gelassen und uns in den normalen Alltag eingegliedert. Es waren wunderbare, erholsame, spannende Urlaubstage. Wir bedanken uns vor allem bei Silvia, die uns dazu verholfen hat, und bei der ganzen Familie Guidi für ihre Gastfreundschaft.

UNE BONNE ADRESSE

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à "MAGNOLIA HOUSE", un appartement confortable et fonctionnel, conforme à la description, dans un quartier très calme. Proche du centre ville, 10 mn en voiture (parking gratuit) et 20 mn à vélo (prêtés par les propriétaires), il est bien situé pour visiter cette belle ville. Super für Familien geeignet

Wir, eine Familie mit zwei Kindern, haben zwei Wochen hier verbracht. Der erste Eindruck: Die Wohnung ist groß! Wir haben nicht nachgemessen, aber schätzungsweise 70qm könnten es sein. Das ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt natürlich sehr angenehm - man hockt nicht so aufeinander, was der Stimmung sehr gut tut. Die Ferienwohnung ist Teil eines Anwesens mit Innenhof, in dem neben der Vermieterin noch weitere Parteien wohnen. Man ist also beim "echten italienischen Leben" mit dabei. Wir haben hier ausschließlich positive Seiten kennengelernt. Silvia und ihre Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der abgeschlossene Innenhof ist natürlich optimal, um das Auto abzustellen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gepflegt, die Betten und das Schlafsofa haben gute Matratzen. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, auch eine Geschirrspülmaschine ist vorhanden. Ein Highlight für Kinder nach anstrengenden Städtetouren: Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Pool. Mückenschutz nicht vergessen. Auto nicht zwingend, aber sehr hilfreich. Fahrzeit zum nächsten Strand: 35min (Geheimtipp: bis auf Parkgebühren kostenfreier Strand in Marina di Vecchiano). 100% Empfehlung.

Wonderful house and family

This was a perfect house for our holidays: quite place, near Lucca centre, great residence, but if these attributes are not enough, the family owners are wonderful. We were as if they were our family. It is a two flat house. We stayed on the ground floor. It is composed of a living room-kitchen, a bed room (with a double bed), a room with a sofabed for two persons, a bath room and a wonderful garden. In summer, when good weather, it is the perfect place for dinner. When we come back to Lucca, we will rent again without doubt. I recommend you this house

Bellissima esperienza

L'appartamento rispecchia esattamente il descritto, ciò che invece uno non si aspetta è l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità della sign. Silvia e del sign. Marco, che subito ti fanno sentire a proprio agio. Un sincero grazie ancora a tutti e due, con la promessa che se torneremo a visitare Lucca e dintorni ( posti bellissimi) torneremo sicuramente come vostri ospiti. Tutto perfetto!

Siamo stati a Lucca per tre giorni durante le vacanze di Pasqua e ci siamo trovati benissimo a casa della sig.ra Silvia. L'appartamento è molto carino, pulito, ben tenuto. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata e la sig.ra Silvia, gentilissima e molto cordiale, ci ha fatto trovare ogni genere di comfort, dai biscotti per la colazione ai cioccolatini per le bimbe in occasione della Pasqua! Le camere sono molto ben attrezzate, luminose e pulite, davvero confortevoli. Anche le nostre bimbe, di un anno e mezzo e quattro anni, si sono trovate benissimo nonostante alcuni giorni di pioggia: la casa è fornita infatti di alcuni giochi e libri per i più piccoli, nonchè di dvd adatti anche a loro. Anche se non siamo riusciti ad utilizzarli a causa del tempo, il bel giardino antistante la casa è dotato di altalene e scivolo per i bambini. L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla, distante 5 minuti d'auto dal centro storico di Lucca e ottimamente servita. La sig.ra Silvia è stata molto cortese anche nel darci consigli e informazioni su Lucca e su come rendere gradevole il nostro soggiorno. E' stata una vacanza breve ma molto rilassante e piacevole, in un luogo che ci ha fatti sentire come a casa! Consigliamo senz'altro questo appartamento e speriamo di poterci tornare presto anche noi.

Come a casa

Abbiamo soggiornato, due adulti ed un bambino, in questo luminoso, pulito ed attrezzato appartamento per 3 giorni. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Silvia, la proprietaria, gentile, presente ma non invadente, ha messo a nostra disposizione ogni genere di comfort. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità della zona, la vicinanza al centro ed a tutti i servizi, la presenza di un posto auto e di un bel giardino attrezzato anche per i bambini e la cordialità dei "vicini" di casa. Consiglieremmo senz'altro questo appartamento e, noi stessi, torneremo presto.

Home Away from Home

My husband and I stayed at this charming apartment , and we can’t wait to return. It was clean and comfortable. It had all the personal touches that made it feel cozy, yet it was more spacious than we had imagined. We loved the full kitchen where we could make our own meals. The living room was a nice place to relax, watch t.v. or read a book. It had a beautiful, spacious bedroom and a roomy bathroom even by American standards. It was quiet, private and set in a lovely garden. It was just minutes away by bus from the bustling city of Lucca. We found it to be an exemplary value. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. By the time we left, we felt like family! If you are looking for an authentic Italian experience with gracious and excellent accommodations, this is it.

Ottimo soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento quando ci siamo recati a Lucca per tre giorni prima di Natale. Appartamento tenuto benissimo e la proprietaria la Sig.ra Silvia ha fatto di tutto per farci orientare a Lucca in poco tempo fornendoci consigli e anche materiale informatibo sulla città. La posizione è molto buona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo a breve distanza dal centro servita anche con mezzi pubblici. Lo consiglierei sicuramente.
