It was lovely to be able to go out on the porch and sit with a view of the water. Just a few spots down there was a nice path to the beach and plenty of great restaurants and night life close by. I will stay here again!

Right on beach!

Perfect size for our family of four. View of the ocean and just a few feet from the beach. Had everything you needed for a beach day (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys) plus lots of dvds to choose from, full kitchen stocked, all we had to do was get our own groceries. Higgly recommend!

Relaxing getaway at Cocoa Beach

Lovely place on the beach. Can sit and watch the waves. Walking distance to food places. We enjoyed time at Coconuts (directly behind us) and still found our condo to be very quiet. Owner sent us very good directions to condo. Would definitely come back.

Cocoa Beach golf trip

Unit was perfect for my friend and me. Convenient to get anywhere, and the dedicated parking space was clutch. Beach access was beautiful, and owners are well-organized and had everything in the unit that you need. Would totally stay there again.

Cute place right on beach

This is a very cute condo right in the beach. Central to everything. Very well stocked and comfortable furniture and bed. Very clean. Keep in mind it is central beach town, so can be noisy. Upstairs neighbors were loud and you could hear every step. Be aware of this when booking.would book again.

Best Location

Marcia was excellent! My husband and I stayed here for 3 days and had a wonderful time that we didn’t want to leave. We went surf fishing and cooked up our dinner the last night. Had dinner on the pier and attempted to surf. So many great things to do and see. The condo was clean, comfortable just be prepared to bring your own DVD’s as their is no access to Amazon Prime or Netflix.

Love of Cocoa Beach

This is our second time to Cocoa Beach. This location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of lots of eateries and coffee options. Our condo unit was right on the beach and was exactly as expected. Property Manager was extremely accommodating and communicative. They even notified us of a Space X launch one night. We would definitely come again.

Great location for a short getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. We opened the back sliding door and were just steps from the beach. The condo was small but clean and comfortable. It was perfect for two people who just wanted to relax. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She recommended restaurants and even let us know about a rocket launch one afternoon. Highly recommend!

Everything you need for a Great Beach Vacation

What a great place! Easy access to beach, chairs and umbrella so no extra rental fees, lots of kitchen supplies. We had a problem with accessing the unit at the time of anrrival and couldn’t reach property manager immediately but no regrets about choosing this location. We would definitely rent again.
