Great Holiday

Sehr angenehmer Vermieter, tolles Apartment mit allem was man benötigt, wunderschöne eingewachsene und durch Baum verschattete Terasse. Kurzer Weg nach Santa Gulia Beach, dem schönsten Strand der Insel, dank Parkkarte des Vermieters mit kostenlosem Parkplatz direkt am Strand. Parkplatz kostet sonst 20.- € pro Tag.

Wir wurden auch zu später Stunde vom freundlichen Vermieter am verabredeten Treffpunkt abgeholt und noch am selben Abend bekamen wir eine Einweisung für das App. und jede Menge Tipps rund um den Ort Porto Vecchio, der auch sehr sehr hübsch ist. Das App. ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sieht aus , wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Es hat alles was man für einen Urlaub in Standard Länge braucht . Wir konnten täglich auf der schönen Terrasse frühstücken und den Abend mit einem wunderbaren korsischen Rosé Wein ausklingen lassen. Lediglich die hübsch anmutende Sitzgruppe ist einfach zu klein und deshalb auch unbequem . So wie sie aussah , wurde sie wohl auch schon länger nicht mehr benutzt. Unsere kleine Hündin hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt , obwohl vom grünen Rasen auf den Bildern leider nichts mehr übrig ist. Die nicht geteerte Auffahrt ist sehr abenteuerlich , aber dafür hatten wir einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Wir können diese wunderbare Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns nochmals für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gern wieder. Axel & Peggy

Notre coup de cœur lors de notre séjour en Corse...

Notre petite famille (un couple et un enfant de 3 ans) avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans cette petite villa. C'est l'endroit parfait pour découvrir le sud de la Corse. À quelques minutes des plus belles plages de la Corse, à tout juste une demie-heure de Bonifacio et des îles Lavezzi et à moins d'une heure de l'Alta Rocca. On retrouve tout le confort et les commodités nécessaires dans cette petite villa chaleureusement aménagée. Christian et sa femme ont été des hôtes exceptionnels, discrets et plein de petites attentions à notre égard. En bref, nous avons adorés notre séjour et espérons être en mesure d'y retourner dans les années à venir. Stéphane, Cybèle et Tristan.

Wunderbare Wohnung - hilfsbereiter Gastgeber

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (3) im Juni dort. Die Wohnung liegt 7 Autominuten vom sehr schönen Santa Giulia Strand. Supermärkte und Bäcker ebenfalls in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt einen großen Garten und eine Terrasse, auf der man grillen kann. Der Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wonderful Apartment outside Porto Vecchio

We had a wonderful time in this lonely and fully equipped apartment. We appreciated the tasteful selected Interior, the modern and complete kitchen, the spacious bathroom with rainshower and the great hospitality of Christian. He gave precious recommendations on food locations and good parking spots close to Corse's most beautiful beaches of Santa Giulia an Palombaggio. The apartment itself is located in the Countryside with absolutely no traffic. Children can play without observance - vehicle is required for all endeavours. Short drives to Porto Vecchio, the beaches or even Bonifacio. We took also a hike in the mountains of L'ospedale which or 10 year olds loved. We recommend this apartment for the hospitality, the proximity to everything (using the vehicle) and the silence.

Des vacances formidables et ressourçantes!

Un grand merci à ce charmant couple de propriétaires qui nous a magnifiquement acceuilli et qui s est occupé de nous pendant toute la semaine de vacances! La maison est idéale! Idéalement décorée et équipée! Idéalement placée, au coeur du maquis, à 5 minutes des plus belles plages, à 25 minutes d une magnifique rivière qui ravira les enfants et parents. Et cerise sur le gâteau pour nos 2 enfants de 4 et 6 ans: l apparition d une famille de sangliers (une petite dizaine!) dans le jardin en plein dîner! Vraiment un régal! Nous conseillons fortement ce logement, loin de la folie touristique et proche des plus beaux endroits de la région de Porto Vecchio. au plaisir d y retourner! Magalie, Romain, Louis et Nina

Petit havre de paix caché dans le maquis à 5 min des plus belles plages de Corse. Logement parfaitement équipé et aménagé avec goût. Nos deux enfants de 2 et 4 ans ont adoré. On reviendra.

Bel appartement très bien aménagé et confortable. Bel espace meublé avec goût.

Localisation pratique près de Porto vecchio et bonifaccio et de la plage de santa giulia. Pratique aussi d avoir un accès parking à cette plage. Le chemin d'accès au gîte n est pas top mais ... cette année moustiques et guêpes étaient en grand nombre rendant l'utilisation de la terrasse difficile. Pas de piscine malgré un prix élevé. Dommage !

Excellent séjour, au calme à 5mn de Santa Giulia

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce logement au calme, au cœur d'un petit village Corse et à 2 mn en voiture de Santa Giulia. Logement refait à neuf, avec tout le confort attendu, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, donnant sur une agréable terrasse et un jardin. La gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires pour leurs conseils et bonnes adresses ont été très appréciées. Enfin, le propriétaire vous donnera une carte d'accès gratuit au parking de Santa Giulia, ce qui est fort appréciable. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucun problème.

Wonderful holiday

I have spent 1 week holiday in July 2016 with my family (me, my husband and 2 kids). We were welcomed by Christian, the owner, that is a very nice person always available for any request and needs. The location of the accommodation (very well situated a few kilometers from Porto Vecchio) is in a very relaxed and green atmosphere, a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches of the the southern island (Palombaggia, Santa Giulia and Rondinara). The house is very spacious and well equipped, with a large living area with all the facilities needed (wifi, TV, cooking implements,….) and an outside green space where you can have a pleasant and peaceful dinner and do barbecue. We really enjoyed our stay in the house and we strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Angela

Amazing property

Lovely, helpful owners who speak excellent English. Great recommendations of local attractions. Beautifully furnished, very modern but still homely. Excellent outdoor space with sun loungers, a large table & an outdoor sofa for the evenings. Washing machine-an excellent addition for us as we have a small child who created lots of washing! We had an amazing holiday & would definitely recommend this villa for your holiday 🙂

Une bonne adresse

Une location très bien entretenue, située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, avec un beau jardin et parfaitement indépendante des propriétaires. Ces derniers ont été d'une grande discrétion, tout en étant disponible à d'éventuelles questions. De plus, la situation de cette location nous a permis de visiter les alentours sur un rayon de 100kms mais aussi de nous baigner à moins de 5 km avec les magnifiques plages de santa Giulia et Pallombaggia. Notre coup de cœur : une randonnée sur le sentier du littoral situé entre Tonnara et punta Di Fenu. Nous gardons de très bons souvenirs de ces vacances. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !
