Very comfortable stay. Interior is just like the pics and zero complaints. The outside decks could use some cleaning. Pretty easy access to launch the provided kayaks which led to some great fishing, but you do have to paddle a ways. Husband fished every day. Everyone was very nice during our dog walks. Neighbors down the street do have a menagerie of animals including 3 dogs that go crazy when anyone walks by. Beds were comfortable. Master is very soft, while the other room is firmer. Everything you could need in the kitchen and the grill worked great. Will come back again.

Nice neighborhood…quiet street…nice neighbors…love staying on the island
The house is comfortable, the kitchen is nice and roomy, great for cooking. Bed was comfortable. The screened in patio is a great option. I really enjoyed the river access and the patio on the river was great. Quiet neighborhood, nice propane grill by the river. I had a good stay and would go back again.
I was looking for a water-front place that took small dogs and had few stairs, for my 91-year-old mother's birthday trip. This was perfect. It was a trailer, but on a large lot, on the canal, with all waterfront activities available. Pretty far out of town, so not crowded, either. The place was so modernized with upgraded appliances and top-notch beds! Well worth the price.

Check in was horrible. Sent message through VRBO the night before our stay, no response. Called when I got of the plane in Tampa, left message, no callback. Called again when I arrived, finally answered.
Only issues with the property were no TV's in bedrooms and missing can opener. Everything else was good.
