The space is one of its kind and consists of the entire first floor with two separate apartments and a connected Veranda: 4 bedrooms, 2 of them are Masters, 4 full bathrooms, 2 kitchen and 2 living rooms. A little separation but not too much, two separate spaces will give you and your fellow travellers the privacy you want while still being connected and enjoying time together.

Situated on the Placencia Peninsula in the beautiful country of Belize, you're bordered by the Caribbean Sea on one side and a lagoon on the other, with jungles and the Maya Mountains in the distance offering a fantastic backdrop to your Central American vacation.

“Ocean 12” is a gorgeous space offering 4-bedrooms in 2 adjacent apartments. The first apartment has one master bedroom with a king bed and the second bedroom has 1 queen. The second apartment has a king bed and the second bedroom has also a queen. Both living rooms offer a Murphy bed, giving larger groups or families various options. It is the perfect fit for a large family or couples who are looking for some privacy while still spending loads of time together. 4 full bathrooms, 2 kitchen and 2 living rooms make this the perfect set-up. Via the veranda and the staircase, the spaces are easily accessible. The veranda stretches over the whole side of the building. Each space offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 kitchen, and 1 living room. Family and friends can watch TV in one living room, some friends are cooking in the other kitchen, others enjoy a nice chat on the veranda and all will meet later on for a swim in the pool.

The two kitchens feature stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and are fully equipped. The apartment has just everything to make your vacation a dream. Of course, you have A/Cs throughout and the high-end finishes you like. 2 washer and dryers, flat screen-TVs with major US channels and Wifi will make your stay comfortable.

The veranda offers just gorgeous views, a place for relaxation or a dinner.

You have your private kayaks: 2 one-seater and a comfortable two-seater kayak for your own personal use, so you don´t have to worry to miss out on one of the kayaks that are for general guests usage. The owner also provides fishing rods for your usage! You will know by now the ocean is what it is all about. A fly-fishermans´ dream, becomes true here at "Ocean 12".

The amenities of The Villas at Cocoplum are varied enough to spend an entire vacation within the grounds of the gated community! Besides the pool, the hot tub and the beach, there is a pier for relaxing, fishing or watching dolphins and manatees swim by, and magnificent tropical gardens to wander through. Bicycles and a volleyball court are for your free use.
