Luxury Condo on beautiful beach front in the Village of Punta de Mita, Nayarit. The condo has received numerous upgrades over the last year and is a bottom floor unit (3000sq.ft.) of six story building - the patio leads right out into pool. From there a few short steps to the Ocean. Spacious 3 bedroom/3.5 bathrooms family friendly as well as great for a romantic get away. 24 hour security with maid service available.

New highway to Puerto Vallarta, dining, shopping, and airport. Walking distance to delicious dining. Fresh seafood and catch of the day only 5 minute walk. Boat rentals, whale watching, golf courses, horseback riding.

Booking and payment through VRBO binds renter to rental agreement that will be forwarded by email once payment is completed. All rules and regulations are to be followed at all times.

Punta Mita Condo

We were a family of 6 adults and this condo was perfect for our family vacation. The pictures do not do the condo justice, it’s much larger than it looks in the photos. Very clean, spacious and well stocked. Quiet area which is what we were looking for. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a fantastic week. Kelly was great, answered any of my questions I had prior to our vacation and checked in on us mid way through the week. Communication was amazing. Perfect condo!

Super location, lovely condo!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at your Punta Vista 1 condo, thank you! The location is excellent and the views are fabulous. First floor direct access to the pool and beach right outside the sliding glass doors is a huge bonus! We enjoyed the patio with a large table for dining and chaise lounges for outside living. The staff that cares for the building, pool area, and security were all so kind and friendly. There was more than ample space for our family in your beautifully appointed condo. The beds were quite comfortable, the kitchen had everything and more for cooking, a water cooler with an ice maker, washer/dryer, and large beach towels made our stay quite comfortable. We loved taking long walks down the beach when it was low tide and especially exploring the tide pools. And walking into town for dinner was a treat, either on the beach or by road. There are also restaurants and a beverage store located within the block from the condo. We had some good waves while surfing at La Lancha, a beautiful sandy beach close by. Your housekeeper Delia was sweet and the manager Fabrizio was helpful. We appreciated the efficient and direct communication with you Kelly, we were never able to get the hot water to work in the master shower however it did not affect our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone, don't hesitate booking, you will be pleased you did so!

Fantastic beautiful property! Don't hesitate to book!

We had a wonderful week at this fabulous condo, which is located directly on a warm, swimmable beach. As others have said, the photos don't do it justice. Waking up in the morning to this incredible view was so wonderful! And you'll fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. It's charmingly decorated and larger than it seems. The beds are some of the most comfortable we've experienced in a rental and the sheets and towels are soft and plentiful. Two of the rooms have walk-in closets and all of the showers are large and have great water pressure. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need or want - salad spinners, cutting boards, blenders, and even things like Ziplocs and tinfoil. And there are a lot of basic necessities like salad dressings, oils, hot sauce and other condiments. There is also a Sparklets-style filtered water dispenser that makes ice. The caretakers of the property are also fantastic - someone opens up the umbrellas and pool every morning - sweeping and cleaning up the pool. The housekeeper who came once while we were there did an impeccable job, and the day-to-day caretaker is always available via WhatsApp if you have any issues. We were there over Thanksgiving week when it was supposedly very busy and the vast majority of the time we were the only ones outside and in the pool. It's a 10ish minute walk to the village area with a bunch of great restaurants. I honestly can't recommend this place enough - we will be back!!

FANTASTIC!

The Photos do not convey how lovely this condominium is, how large it is, and how nicely furnished it is. The condo is right on the beach, with a beautiful pool with hot tub in front of the beach. The huge living room bay of glass sliding doors leads to a patio with a large table and many chairs for outdoor dining , and several beautiful lawn chairs under a portico with fans. The Master bedroom also has glass sliding doors with the view of the ocean. THe kitchen is large and well appointed, many dishes, gas range, microwave and dishwasher. Large comfortable beds, linens, thick towels, large en suite bathrooms... AND the restaurants along the beach, or down the road are incredible. We ate at Pescadero twice because I have never had such fresh and well-prepared whole fish! LOVED this place! Also, I had booked it the night before, and Kelly communicated with me right away and we were met by Fabrizio the next day. All very easy and congenial.

We have enjoyed this village for the past 14 years and when we can not be here we rent it out for other people to enjoy out little piece of paradise.
