This condo is located in Punta Vista Signature Residences. This 22 residence condominium complex is the newest and most luxurious in Punta de Mita.
The complex is exquisitely maintained and very quiet with most homes not rented and only used occasionally by the owners. The beachfront infinity pool is enormous and we are located directly on miles of walk able beach. Punta de Mita's numerous world class restaurants are all easy to walk to.
We have lovingly designed this residence to appeal to those with discriminating tastes. Each of the two two primary bedroom creatively incorporates a set of 18th century Mexican doors, the custom bar features a Parota wood bar top and cement tiles, a massive live edge wood table is featured on your deck for outdoor dining. We've incorporated a "bonus" third bedroom with a double bed, ideal for kids or that crazy uncle.
If you like to cook...the kitchen is fully equipped with everything imaginable and a webber gas grill is included.

Fabulous Condo

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo over spring break. We had a great time and learned a lot! I will start with the good things: -This condo is HUGE, I wasn't expecting it to be so large from the photos. The view is impeccable, beautiful pool followed by the ocean. - This condo comes with a concierge, something I have never had with a VRBO. He arranged our snorkeling trip, golf cart and groceries which helped so much. It was also nice having someone to help with a few issues that popped up along the way. -The condo is kept extremely clean with daily housekeeping, another thing I have never had with a VRBO. - Everyone we encountered in Punta Mita was extremely nice. We felt safe the entire time even though the neighborhood looked like it would not be safe. Things we learned from: - We were expecting Punta Mita to be a bit cleaner than it was. This being our first time to the region, we had to readjust our expectations quickly. There is trash literally everywhere, the beach, the streets, everywhere you look.. Coupled with the horrendous sewer smells wafting throughout the town, it took a toll out of our enjoyment. - There is no sandy beach in a walking distance from this condo. The walkable beaches all have rocks. -Everything in Punta Mita is crazy EXPENSIVE when the landscape just doesn't warrant it. I don't think we will visit here again but i'm glad we had the experience! Thank you!

Amazing stay in Punta Mita

Doesn't get much better than this. We have stayed at the hotel resorts in the past at Punta Mita and chose to use a VRBO on this trip. Very pleased with the decision. Amazing location with infinity pool and directly on the beach. Condo was super clean and well laid out. Can't wait to come back.

Our stay the condo was fabulous

But because of hurricane the beach was Full of rocks and debris we could not walk The restaurants were so over priced it was unbelievable The charges from the Consierge service incredible there were unexplainable charges almost a SCAM . Watch out if you go here You will regret it I have been to many 5 * resorts this one I will avoid for sure MM cassim MD
