Brookside, Cherry Street, Expo, and Gathering Place! Dwell Well is perfectly situated for easy and quick access to the best areas in the heart of Midtown Tulsa. This 500 sq. ft. daylight basement studio is located downstairs with an exterior-only entry door. There is a dedicated driveway for guest parking and a fenced-in private exterior patio space outside the studio, giving you your own space separated from the main house. This unit is below a family home so there is potential for noise.

This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a $100 pet fee is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet.
Please be sure to add your pet count to the reservation.

Good value, well stocked, excellent area of Tulsa

Stayed here for a brief midweek business trip. The unit is a walk out half basement below the main home, but your entrance is completely away from other common entries. The comments about the access are accurate, this is not a property for anyone with mobility issues. That being said if you are in decent shape this is a great location, safe neighborhood, great value for the money.
