Located on the ground floor of a small secure residence, the apartment is air conditioned and has plenty of storage. Its 10 m² covered terrace is extended by a garden opening onto the quays. It includes a table and 4 outdoor chairs as well as a sun lounger and a "relax" chair
A security guard checks the entrances into the Marina (barrier) day and night. Exit and entry is by badge.
The enclosed private parking is attached to the apartment.
The beach is nearby and a private, supervised and paying swimming pool is open from July to end of August in the Marina.
A free maritime shuttle runs regularly during the summer months between the various residences of the port and drops you off if you wish near the beach, a family beach accessible on foot in a few minutes.
The beaches of Pampelonne, Tahiti, Salins, Escalet de Gigaro ... are less than 10 km away. The landscaped coastal path will offer you wonderful walks for walking or diving in the turquoise water.
From the Cogolin Marines, a cycle path runs along the coast and allows you to go to Saint Tropez, Cavalaire, Saint Maxime or even further. Many mountain bike trails will lead you to the Massif de Maures.
