Studio apartment in great location.

Great position near beach and shop but property old and tired studio apartment with no WiFi or cable/satellite TV. Sofa beds.Kitchen small but OK.

Wonderful time near the beach.

Stayed in this apartment July 2019, the owner was very responsive with emails before arrival and answered my questions. He also left a fan for me in the apartment which was greatly appreciated during the summer heat wave. The apartment is as described, two pull out sofa beds, clean/fairly modern kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), and a clean bathroom. There is a terrace which doesn't have much of a view but it's shaded and quiet which was nice. The apartment is a very easy walk to Gigaro beach and close to a SPAR where you can buy basic groceries and fresh baguette. There is some great hiking trails nearby and beach side restaurant. Overall I was very pleased with the apartment and location and did not have any problems. If you are a small family or just two of you looking for a place near the beach this apartment would suit you fine, it's not big but it's as described. I'd have no hesitations recommending this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Kleine aber feine Wohnung, 2 min zu Fuß vom Strand in einer sehr exklusiven Gegend. Direkt angrenzend zum Nationalpark, mit seinen traumhaften Buchten. Besonderes Lob geht an die geniale Gestaltung der winzigen Küche: Alles da!!!

Schöne, saubere Wohnung.Die Lage ist super! Ca. 250 Meter zum Meer und 200 Meter zu einem Laden.Vom Strand aus kann man auf einem Fußweg (Naturschutzgebiet) entlang dem Meer gehen.

Studio pratique à proximité de la mer

Le studio est très propre et la cuisine est joliment rénovée. On a eu un bon contact avec le propriétaire qui a répondu à nos questions toujours très rapidement. C'est un immeuble ancien; seul grand bémol: il n'y pas de climatisation ce qui rend l'appartement très chaud et très étouffant durant les grandes chaleurs. Autrement, l'accès à la mer est rapide (5 min) et il y a un petit supermarché bien fourni et accessible à pieds.

Location très bien équipée et proche de toutes les commodités : le spar pour les petites courses, des bons restos, de belles plages, le sentier du littoral est à côté, on peut tout faire à pieds !

Sehr schönes Apartment in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Der Empfang und die Betreuung/Erreichbarkeit durch die Vermieter war extrem gut. Die Möglichkeit alle Einkäufe fußläufig zu erreichen und der kurze Weg zum Strand waren hervorragend. Auch für Radsportler und Wanderer bietet die Umgebung hervorragende Möglichkeiten.

Tolle ruhige Lage!

Das Appartment war nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte gut.

Perfekte Lage!

Meine Frau und ich waren bei Fred Geraci im Rahmen unseres Provence-Urlaubs für eine Woche zu Gast. Die Unterkunft ist komplett ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts! Zudem viel größer als die Bilder zeigen. Besonders genossen haben wir die einzigartige Lage – in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand! Das Zentrum von La Croix-Valmer ist nur 5 km entfernt und kann bequem mit dem Rad oder Auto erreicht werden.
