THE SPACE
The condo offers a spacious open plan living area with a huge sectional seating area, 60” Smart TV, dining area and den. The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped with light granite work tops plus everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. Bakers will enjoy the bonus of a Kitchen Aid, cook books and many handy extras. The den offers a generous sofa bed for one and 55" Smart TV - the perfect hideout for the kids! Beyond the living area is a beautifully furnished patio ideal for enjoying a morning coffee with a beautiful view of the main pool area.

BED AND BATH
There are 3 bedrooms: The master suite with king size bed, 55" Smart TV, ceiling fan, walk in closet and a vast en suite bathroom with his n her vanities, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower. The guest suite has a king in one bedroom and two full beds in the other, all with flat screen TVs and ceiling fans, plus a full family bathroom. A full size laundry room means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
