Family ski trip in dream chalet

We visited samoens for a ski trip as two families with small children, the chalet made the trip perfect it's beautiful decor, perfect location and every single creature comfort you could wish for... We will definitely be booking again very soon!

After some initial issues when booking all went smoothly. We were met by Michele who showed us around the property. The chalet was clean and sumptuous with many if not all the amenities one could wish for. Michele was most helpful later during our stay when one of our party suffered a skiing accident.We enjoyed the hot tub which provided relaxation after skiing.

We were met on the day we arrived and shown everything that we needed to see from the alarm system the fridge the shutters as they are all electrically operated every aspect of this lovely home , and Fabian was on hand when needed on the telephone, he was away the week we visited but no problem . Highly recommend this house

Summer holiday

Excellent property, lovely views, clean, brilliant location and very friendly owner. The accommodation was perfect for a family of 4. Enjoyed rafting, cycling, swimming and hiking in Samoens. Would definitely come back.

Starting with the easy check in with Michelle, and the hospitality of Fabien, this was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. the house was well appointed and more beautiful than the pictures. We hope to return in the future.

Beau chalet

Les prestations sont globalement conformes au descriptif et d’une qualité satisfaisante.En revanche, le propriétaire n’a pas assumé la défaillance d’un équipement majeur mais manifestement vétuste : le spa, qui n’a fonctionné que les deux premiers jours de notre séjour. Aucune compensation n’a été proposée, le propriétaire estimant simplement que « nous n’avons pas eu de chance ».

Avis mensonger auquel je veux apporter quelques précisions : tout d’abord le spa,comme tous les équipements du chalet,n’est pas vétuste. Et tous les appareils sont régulièrement entretenus et révisés. Mais ce cas précis c’est une surtension électrique due a un violent orage qui a endommagé le spa. Il ne fonctionnait donc plus mais a été très rapidement remplacé! Quelque soit le soin que l’on apporte a ses équipements, personne n'est a l'abri d'un élément extérieur aussi imprévisible que la foudre ...j'ai cependant offert deux nuits gratuites a mes hôtes sur un prochain séjour mais cette offre a été refusée ...

Un chalet tout confort au calme avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la vallée et les montagnes. Trois chambres équipées chacune d'une salle de bain et de toilettes dont une suite parentale qui occupe tout l'étage avec sauna et dressing. Le jacuzzi avec vue montagne est bien agréable. Les animaux sont acceptés et le jardin est clôturé. L'hôte est aux petits soins, très réactif au moindre problème, avec plein d'attentions: des produits de toilette au café en grains avec une machine à café encastrable de compétition! Un poêle dans le salon, une terrasse orientée plein sud pour profiter du soleil, une salle de jeux au sous-sol...: toutes les conditions sont réunies pour passer un sejour de rêve! avec vue

Wunderschönes Haus!

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht ( inklusive Raclette und Fondue). Un magnifique chalet avec une vue époustouflante. Nous avons passé un super moment le chalet est magnifique, confortable et parfaitement agencé. Un vrai petit cocon réconfortant. L’emplacement est idéal à 5minutes des œufs pour monter aux pistes et à deux minutes du village. Nous avons été accueillis par Michelle qui a été très sympathique tout était prévu pour notre confort.
