Come and recharge your batteries with family or friends in our charming hamlet with Provencal colors.
Nestled in a hilly landscape with distant views to the Pyrenees, our estate offers you many possibilities for relaxation and leisure. On the hills around the lodgings our horses evolve in herds.
Comfortable cottages (fully equipped, WIFI, parking, TV, private terraces ...) with a total capacity of 22 places are at your disposal.

A room with a "dancing" floor and panoramic view is at your disposal and makes the "happiness of children" (and certain adults), it is the game room with table tennis, billiards, table football and many other giant games.
In the Park you will find a 9 hole Minigolf course, a tennis course, the swimming pool… .., mountain bikes of all sizes to get away from it all on the ridge paths that start directly from the hamlet and of course… ..
horses which for us are part of everyday life (not so long ago everyone rode horses ...); in this spirit we offer discovery services for those who wish (offered in some rental formulas):
- initiations (in the great outdoors according to our Senior Horse concept and with calm and reassuring horses)
- hikes for the experienced
- ballads in hand (support by parents or by professional) and initiation for children

Far from any nuisance and at the same time ideally accessible, our hamlet is 45 minutes from Toulouse and Carcassonne, 10 minutes from Pamiers (SNCF train station, departure for Toulouse every 30 min), 20 min from the Medieval city of Mirepoix and only a few minutes from Belpech, a small village with all amenities.
In the immediate vicinity, there are opportunities for walks along the rivers (Hers and Vixiège), along the Piedmont Crests, in the Ariège hillsides and in the Lauragais. The rock church of Vals is half a day of mountain biking ...

Perfect for a relaxed family party

Set in wonderful countryside, but close to amenities, this is perfect for a relaxed break for all ages, with a safe pool, tennis and horse riding for those so inclined, and even a games room and crazy golf to entertain the children when they are not in the pool! Stefanie could not have been more friendly and helpful: she is the host you always hope for but rarely find!

Séjour familiale

Nous, petits et grands, avons passés un très bon séjour ! Stephanie est très accueillante et disponible. Les différentes activités possibles (piscine, tennis, salle de jeu, équitation…) ainsi que la configuration du lieu nous ont permis de vivre de beaux moments conviviaux et joyeux !

Bon séjour, mais l'annonce mériterait d'être plus claire

Endroit sympa, avec pas mal de choses à faire, c'était très convivial avec notre groupe de 22. Les seuls point noir du séjour sont : - La surprise de voir des gens habiter à quelques mètres de chez nous (en l'occurrence les propriétaires entre autres). Je pense que c'est quelque chose à stipuler dans l'annonce, ça fait un petit peu bizarre de l'apprendre à l'arrivée. Après aucun soucis avec ce côté là, on n'a pas été trop gêné au final. - La salle se trouve au dessus de la maison d'un autre couple de personnes qui posséderaient le gîte à 5%, mais ces personnes sont en froid avec la propriétaire majoritaire visiblement, et sont venu nous déranger en début d'après midi parce que l'on utilisait la salle, nous sortant des excuses bidons, des arguments de nuisance sonores que l'on peut comprendre dans l'absolu, mais pas en ayant réservé le gîte pour le WE. Tout ça pour dire qu'ils nous ont un peu pris en otage pendant une petite heure à nous demander de ne pas faire de bruit, ne pas utiliser la salle parce qu'elle serait fermée par le maire ou je ne sais quoi... Hormis cela, séjour sympa, mais ce genre de surprise ne fait pas vraiment plaisir à découvrir sur le coup, même si la propriétaire est très sympa. Il faut stipuler la proximité d'habitations dans l'annonce et surtout régler le litige avec le couple qui vit en dessous de la salle des fêtes !

Tres bon acceuil et gites fonctionnels

Nous avons passés un super we avec un groupe d'amis (5 familles avec enfants). La salle de jeux et les equipements exterieur (tennis, mini golf) permettent aux enfants de jouer en toute liberté. Meme si les gites ne sont pas rénovés, tout etait tres propre, draps et serviette fournis, la literie est confortable et les chambres ont toutes une salle de bain privative ou commune a 2 chambres, ce qui est tres pratique. Nous avons egalement fait une balade a cheval avec la proprietaire qui est tres sympathique.

Séjour au hameau de Certes entre Noël et le jour de l’An

Propriétaires très agréables et disponibles. Très joli cadre, pleine nature. Ensemble de 2 gîtes bien équipés, confortables- notamment très bonne literie et bon équipement des cuisines. Grande salle très pratique pour grands groupes, nombreux jeux - Mini-golf, ping-pong… Inconvénients: pas de wc au rez de chaussée et un seul en-dehors des chambres; pas de chambre en rez-de-chaussée. Très agréable séjour en famille, merci à Mr et Mme Corman.

Top vacances en tribu et en pleine nature

Gîte très agréable où nous avons passé une semaine sur place : 10 adultes, 10 enfants. L'emplacement est totalement fidèle à ce que nous imaginions: un havre de paix en pleine nature. La capacité d'accueil est parfaite pour des vacances en tribu. Côté prestations sur-place, rien à dire : tennis, piscine, vélos, équitation et mini-golf. De quoi contenter tout le monde. Les alentours sont très beaux aussi : de jolis villages à découvrir, des escapes en canoé, des randonnées à vélo... Et pour finir des hôtes charmants et très accueillants. Ce séjour nous a tous ravi. Nous vous recommandons l'endroit, sans hésiter !

Bon séjour familial

Un joli séjour passé en famille pour se retrouver entre différentes générations.. Les plus jeunes se sont régalés avec la piscine, le tennis, la salle de jeux et le grand dortoir... Le calme, la vue et la nature environnante ont ravis les moins jeunes... Une grande maison fonctionnelle et un accueil chaleureux. Une belle expérience

Séjour exceptionnel en famille

Nous étions 5 familles avec 11 enfants au total. Tout le monde a passé un séjour inoubliable et chacun avait son espace. Le site est exceptionnel et nous a permis de partager des moments en famille inoubliable et surtout lors d'une séance équine avec la propriétaire des lieux où même des enfants de 3 ans ont particulièrement appréciés.
