The house is located in the city center of six ovens in one of the historic hamlets of the city: the Antelme district. With a pretty character, the building is an old cellar whose walls date from the 1870s. It was renovated about fifteen years ago. you will appreciate the freshness of the ground floor, the pretty exposed stones and the vintage beams.

The neighborhood is particularly quiet and is ideal for couples and families looking for serenity. You can walk to the shops in the town, the Tuesday morning market (and Saturday morning) and the cinema.
The beaches are 5 minutes by car.

Arranged on 3 levels you will find:
- on the ground floor: kitchen - dining room - living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a very bright loggia which acts as a library / reading corner.
- on the 1st floor: a children's room 1 place - 1 bathroom and an independent WC and a large landing.
- on the 2nd floor: a master suite with a double bed and a shower room / wc
 
Finally you will be very good to take your meals and relax under the parasol of the pretty terrace, facing south and framed by a magnificent bougainvillea. A barbecue is at your disposal
