Seas the Moment Cottage is a cozy cottage located within walking distance to Little Bay in Rockport, Texas (1 1/2 blocks) and approximately 1.4 miles to the Rockport Beach entrance. This home provides a quiet retreat to return to after shopping in the Rockport Historic District or a fun day at the beach. The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. Evening or morning strolls are most enjoyable in this neighborhood. This property comes with a fully furnished kitchen, a washer, a dryer, a large backyard with a swing, charcoal and gas grills, a lighted pergola, and is great for families.

Great Getaway!

This was perfect for a quiet, relaxing girls trip. The house was very cute and perfect for what we needed. Location was close to everything. The owners were so pleasant and made the experience very worthwhile. We hope to do it again soon!

Nice House and Neighborhood

This was a nice place and the neighborhood was quiet and well tended. I stayed over Christmas for 7 weeks. Amy was easy to communicate with and responded to any issues that arose in a timely manner. I will stay here again if I ever go back to this area.

Wonderful Experience

This was our first visit to Rockport, and our first time using Vrbo. Amy was an excellent host, she answered all my questions quickly and kindly. This home exceeded all our expections, it was wonderfully decorated, fully stocked from the fresh half & half in the fridge to the first aid kit in the bathroom, and was in the perfect location to easily access the beach, restaurants, and HEB. We will definitely stay here again!

Great little cottage house by the beach

First, Amy was an amazing host. Second, what an amazing little property in the heart of Rockport. Third, and I almost hate to say this to spill the secret, Rockport is an amazing little coastal town that I am confident we will return to. From the beautiful coast to the incomparably friendly Texas hospitality to the amazing seafood this little town has it all. Tons of sights nearby if you want to see them but a huge, clean and quiet beach for the family to hang out on, walk hundreds of yards into the water or explore the salt water pool of you want to chill. Fishing is second to none as well!

This was a beautifully decorated place in the central part of Rockport-Fulton. Everywhere we went for the Hummingbird festival was within 10 min or less, including Goose Island. It was close to the restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. Access to the central highway was excellent. The kitchen was fantastic with lots of seasonings and supplies for cooking. We stayed in the back bedroom on the bottom queen bunk and it was very comfortable. The outside deck was nice and we sat out there in the evenings. The host Amy was the best and so accommodating with our checkin/checkout process. Directions were clear.There were lots of things in the house we didn't use because we had a pretty specific agenda for the festival, but there were lots of game and activity items. Everything was as it was described in the listing. I would stay there again if we decide to come back for another festival. I need to have her decorate our lake house !!!

Family beach trip

This really felt like a home away from home. The kitchen has everything we needed. Everything was labeled to help find items quickly and efficiently. The beds were comfortable, soft, and warm while the house was nice and COOL for the summer. The children’s books, games, and outdoor activities were a great amenity because that’s a lot of extra stuff to pack just to keep two toddlers entertained. The swing in the back was a big hit!!! I would love to stay here again! The home does have little mini steps in front and in bunk room. For a 2yo learning balance and a 70 elderly with knee problems I just made them extra aware.

Great place

As I drove up I realized the house is prettier in person. The house colors are calm and softer then the photos appear. The furniture is in great shape and comfortable. The linens are of good quality and soft. The AC works great & housekeeper does a great job. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything.

We loved our stay at the house. Amy was very responsive and left very clear and detailed instructions for the house. The house is very clean, organized and well decorated and is fully stocked with everything you need. We would highly recommend her place and would stay here again.

Special Touch Cottage

The cottage was nicely supplied with everything we needed for great Stay. It is very clean and modernized. The kitchen supplies provide you with everything you would need if you choose to cook. Amy Even puts out snacks for you to enjoy. The cottage is decorated so that you feel like you’re home.

Flounder trip

Great place to stay!! Close to great fishing spots! The location is perfect! I wish I would have utilized the full potential of this place, but was too busy fishing. Perfect for a family and perfect for a weekend getaway. Amy the host was very accommodating. The place is very clean. I recommend this place!

This home was perfect for our stay in Rockport! It is tastefully decorated, cozy and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to everything in Rockport. Perfect Get-Away

Quick trip from Houston for a relaxing vacation. Property was just as described. Lots of thoughtful touches included, like coffee supplies, etc. Easy check in and out. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with several close restaurants.

Home away from home

Perfect home for family with kiddos. The kids loved the bunk room and the swing outside. Amy had everything perfect for when we arrived, including linens, paper products, and even condiments. Throughly impressed and the location of this home is perfect, it made our Walmart/H‑E‑B and beach trips so easy. I would recommend this home to everyone and hopefully one day we will be able to stay there again. Thank you Amy for being so responsive when messaged, definitely makes things easier. Highly recommend!
