Welcome to the “The Gridiron Guesthouse” literally in the shadows of historic Lambeau Field! Easy walk to landmarks such as Lambeau Field, Resch Center, Bar District and Titletown District! You will be hard pressed to find a better view or a shorter walk to Lambeau.
Our house is a freshly remodeled home with updates to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Sit at the large kitchen table, open the sliding glass door and enjoy the amazing view of Lambeau Field out the back door. It is really awesome at night when Lambeau is all lit up, especially on the patio. If you could walk straight from the patio to the Packer Pro-Shop, it is just over 600 Ft.
When you arrive, you will enter through the front door with a with a digital code that will be provided to you via text in advance of your arrival.

Main Level:
Upon entry, you’ll walk into a comfortable open living room, kitchen and dining area. Updates include new appliances, new cabinetry & hardware, new countertops, new sink & faucet, coffee station, crockpot and blender. This area is also stocked with new cookware, dishes, silverware, utensils and glasses.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sectional sofa. Sit and relax while watching your favorite show on the 55” Roku Smart TV.
Through the hallway on the main level you will find the Master Bedroom, Bedroom #1, Bedroom #2 and Bathroom #1
Master Bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, luxury bedding, 32” Roku Smart TV, and a large closet. Other amenities include ceiling fan, a large dresser with a lamp, alarm clock with fast phone charging station, and a large mirror.
Bedroom #1 is furnished with a queen size bed, luxury bedding, 32” Roku Smart TV and a closet. Other amenities include ceiling fan, nightstand with lamp, fast phone charging station and large mirror.
Bedroom #2 is furnished with a queen size bed, luxury bedding, 32” Roku Smart TV and a closet. Other amenities include ceiling fan, nightstand with lamp, fast phone charging station and large mirror.
Main Level Bathroom has a new large walk-in shower. New vanity, toilet and hardware throughout the entire bathroom. Also furnished with new soft cotton bath towels of all sizes and other bathroom necessities.
Lower Level:
The lower level is completely remodeled and includes a sectioned off area where another queen bed (Bedroom #3) is located with a dresser and a luggage rack. In the living area there is a brand-new sofa (with a queen-size pull-out sleeper) and loveseat. The lower-level bath has a walk-in shower, new vanity & toilet. There is also a pub table with 4 stools. Sit back and get updates on scores and highlights on the 55” Smart ROKU TV. There are board games located in the TV cabinet as well.
We also have a Pack 'N Play available if you bring your little one to stay.
The laundry room is also located on the lower level and has a washer and dryer for you to use. Also provided are the laundry soap and fabric softener.

Additional amenities include: YouTube TV, fiberoptic Wi-Fi throughout the home, extra bedding/pillows, extra towels, onsite parking, partially fenced yard for privacy, gas grill with space for yard games/tailgating. Extra-large patio with a dining/fire table w/ 8 chairs and plenty of extra chairs.

**** Newly built Gridiron Tailgate Zone (Party Garage). This is a new 425 square foot insulated and heated garage. There are two overhead doors, one on the front and the other on the side leading to a covered patio so you can grill out rain or shine. It has a 10’ section of new counters to put out your party crockpots, a full-size fridge, a pizza oven and a large pub table with stools. There is a 70" TV to watch the games and a Bluetooth overhead sound system. Just turn on your device and connect it to the Bluetooth speakers. We also provide yard games to include Jenga, and Cornhole!

Great home available for Daily/Weekly/Monthly Rental in Green Bay, WI for any occasion, including concerts, weddings, vacations and during the Packer Football Season!!

💚💛 First time in Green Bay 💛💚

My husband and his little sister have been Green Bay fans trapped in Chicago territory their whole lives!! My husband's dream has always been to see Lambeau. He never walked out the door without pausing and saying "wow it's really right there." The house was beautiful!! We could see Lambeau from the bedroom window!! The owners answered every question I had immediately and went above and beyond!! We'll be back!

An Epic Trip!

Earlier this year, my father turned 80. Despite being a lifelong Packers fan, he'd never been to a game at Lambeau so my sister and I and our spouses booked this trip for our father and step mother. The house was warm, welcoming and well stocked. Even though we didn't use the party garage (this time), it is a great space. The house allowed us all to hang out around the table, have meals, play cards and catch up. The exact thing you don't get when everyone's in their own hotel room. While my father is pretty spry at 80 my step mom has a more limited range when it comes to walking. The proximity of the house to the stadium was absolutely clutch. She was able to walk over to the game and back quite comfortably. All said, we will be definitely scheduling another trip next season.

Packer Weekend

A planned family trip to Lambeau grew into a group of 9 with many first time Lambeau visitors so it was important to make the experience the best possible. The listing for Gridiron Guest House was just the ticket. Plenty of room for everyone with so many extras to enjoy a tailgating experience in the back yard. And 2 blocks from Lambeau so we never needed to move the car to take advantage of all the area has to offer. On top of that the Packer won convincingly capping a great weekend. This location gave everyone an amazing unforgettable experience of what game day in Green Bay is for a Packer home game. Bonnie was incredibly responsive even though once we checked in there wasn't much more we could have asked for. The place had snacks and waters and a ton of games that kept the group busy. I would return in a heartbeat. Thanks!

Location is everything!

Beautiful home, immaculately cared for in an amazing location. Some people like to wake up with a view of the ocean, we loved seeing Lambeau field!

My husband is a retired Air Force Veteran with 20 years of service and now holds an administrative job with the VA Hospital in San Antonio, TX. I am an independent insurance agent with over12 years of experience in my field. We have been landlords for the past 22 years and have owned property in several states. We currently reside in New Braunfels, TX and enjoy coming back to Wisconsin each year for Packer games. When we had the opportunity to purchase a home close to Lambeau Field we decided it was definitely something we wanted to do!

This home is newly renovated with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully functional and ready for families to gather together and eat. Having 2 full baths is a plus and means getting ready in the morning shouldn't take forever. There are 2 living areas as well, which means large groups can easily be accommodated. New party/tailgate garage was added in the spring of 2020!
