The condo & the complex are amazing. The condo is perfect for two people & has all the comforts of home. The sliding doors in the bedroom open up to the balcony. The five pools at the complex are never busy. The grounds were beautiful & this condo has a wonderful view of the main pool. The location in Paradise Valley is perfect & not more than a 20 minute drive to restaurants & shopping in historic Scottsdale, plus there is shopping & restaurants within walking distance. Also there are many hiking trails within a 15 minute drive.
What makes this property unique
Perfect for those who enjoy golfing (Stonecreek Golf Course is walking distance); playing tennis (Roadrunner Park - a quick drive 2mi drive); drive to the Salt Creek river and enjoy a day of tubing. There are also so many hikes, walks, biking trails you can enjoy.
