Ha sido un placer alojar a Alberto y su grupo. El piso estaba impecable cuando lo han dejado y se agradece muchisimo encontrar gente tan educada. Estaremos encantados de alojarles de nuevo!

avid, I was shocked when I saw your review. You only talk about the dirty coffee cups you found at the bottom of the cupboard but you don't mention the status of the rest of the apartment which was spotless. We are always very very careful with everything and don't know how this could have happened. You said I blamed the cleaner, but I only mentioned that i would talk to her since she has clear instructions to check everything in and out of the cupboards too and she is normally very good, never had a complain. You say the set of rules and instructions were never sent to you but I sent them to your HomeAway account and your personal email and you acknowledged that you received them. If you had any question of problem with the rules, I would have expected you to raise them. You also say that I advised to leave the bedsheet and covers folded on the beds, which is true, but I would have been more than ok to tell you not to do it if you had mentioned it. It is something I always do when I stay in apartment since I think it helps the cleaning service and I like to be nice. I think it is very rude of you to suggest that I would re-use them, specially when you could clearly see in your bed sheets and towels that I use a laundry professional service. We also advised on how to use the small bathroom with which we had had a problem with but could fix it on time so you could use it. I understand it was an inconvenience. However, we have been refurbishing the apartment and now we have 2 full good size bathrooms with very nice showers. I am very upset with your review as I am so detailed taking extra care on everything on the apartment and the guests visits and specially since you didn't mention anything but the dirty cups while you were staying and you could see by my other reviews that I am always very quickly to help and solve any issues the guests may have.
