Beautifully decorated four bedroom, three bathroom beach house, with each bedroom having its own deck entrance, and where the home includes access to a tropical, seasonal community pool. Just a short 3 minute walk to the beach or sound - water in both directions. Drop in a kayak or go fishing on the community day dock. New upgrades for 2021: quartz countertops, ocean blue glass backsplash, modern lighting, tile flooring, and rattan barstools in kitchen, new carpet, outdoor shower, desk for remote working, full/full and full/twin bunkbeds for more sleeping space, and more! Located on a quiet side street a mile from bridge and downtown Surf City. It’s the perfect place for family and friends to enjoy the beach views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intercoastal Waterway with the convenience and amenities of a beach community

The owners manage the property, so you will have all of their attention, excellent communication, and recommendations from locals who care for every detail of your stay!

The home can accommodate up to 11 adults/children with bed sizes including two (2) Queen Beds, one (1) Full/Full Bunk Bed, and one (1) Pyramid Bunk Bed. Linens, pillows, bedspreads, and blankets are provided. Bath towels/washcloths are also provided. The property offers Keyless Access Entry for speedy check in. An entry code will be provided prior to arrival. Keyless codes activate at the check-in time (or earlier if agreed upon).
1st Floor: Master Bedroom- queen bed with en-suite bathroom. Guest Bedroom- full/full bunkbed. Guest Bedroom – pyramid bunk bed (twin/full). Hallway full bath.
2nd Floor: Guest Bedroom – queen bed. Hallway full bath. Open concept kitchen, dining, and family room.
Outdoor amenities include: outdoor hot/cold shower, outdoor picnic table, benches, hammock, (3) covered parking, outdoor grill, and an outdoor closet that comes with beach chairs/umbrella, where tenants can store/lock additional items.

Additional amenities include: (4) decks with deck furniture (including free standing basket swing - see photo), central air/heat, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, wireless internet access, 3 color cable TVs, and DVD player.

1st Floor: Master Bedroom- queen bed with ensuite bathroom. Guest Bedroom- queen bed. Guest Bedroom – pyramid bunk bed (twin/full). Hallway full bath.

Lovely, well stocked home located between the beach and the inland waterway. Just a short walk to the beach which we found peaceful and clean. The bonus for us was having access to the pool which our grandkids enjoyed later in the day along with the pier to fish for crabs. I would highly recommend for a family vacation.

A Great Getaway!

The location of this house is perfect! Right in between the sound and the ocean, it’s a very short walk to both. Just a mile down the road on the Oceanside are great shops and restaurants that you can easily walk to. The sound is beautiful and easy to get to via the dock. The house itself was very clean and the perfect size for 3 parties!

Great house

Great house for our friends and family. We had two couples and six kids stay in the house. The kids loved the dual bunk bunk beds. Beach access was a short walk down the sidewalk. They were dredging sand to eliminate beach and the kids loved seeing the bulldozers and forklifts carrying the piping off the beach. We had a blast thanks for having us.

This is the 4th time we have stayed in this complex! We love that there is the pool when we can’t go to beach. This was the first time we stayed in this house. I was very pleased. The house was clean and well stocked. Loved that Linens were included the house. We have always been charged extra for linens. Owners were very responsive. It was a great family trip. Can’t wait to come back to Surf City/ Topsail Island

Family Reunion Fun!

Everything about our stay was PERFECT! The home was in an awesome location for the beach and was very clean, roomy, and had comfortable furniture! Our host, Susan, communicated with us promptly when we reached out to her and was so accommodating for a few of our requests! We will definitely recommend Topsail Island to our friends as we have been coming here for 28 years and highly recommend the perfect location!

Easter weekend at the beach

My husband and I were visiting our daughter and 4 grands (8,6,4,2) in NC for 2 weeks. We decided to take them to the beach for a getaway! This property was perfect. Master upstairs for my hubby and I, and master and 2 bunk rooms on 2 nd floor. Quick walk to the beach. We had rain one day and hung out watching movies and playing monopoly (which was provided)!

WONDERFUL PROPERTY

We enjoyed our stay SO much. The property is even better in person than it looks in the listing. So well appointed, everything you would expect and more. Pantry items, detergeant, foil and even a small stocked pantry. We loved the views from the balconies on every bedroom and two master suites. The porch hammock swing was so relaxing and can we talk about the OWNERS for a moment?! Every communication was answered within seconds and even followed up by a call if needed. They were so friendly and responsive from the booking to check out. Dont hesitate to grab this one if its available. We are local but this will be our go to for all future visits. Highly recommend.

We Enjoyed Our Stay!

The property was extremely clean and matched the listing description. Susan was very responsive and helpful to all inquiries. They provided enough garbage bags, laundry pods, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper until we were able to get settled and get to the store. We very much enjoyed the location of the home and our stay! We would recommend this home if you’re looking to be in close proximity to the beach and to the restaurants, shopping, etc. in Surf City. We rented golf carts from a local company for the week and were able to use them to go to and from the beach, as well as for going for dinner, to the local grocery store, and for ice cream in Surf City. Just a helpful tip to future renters - there are no chairs provided at the community pool, so be sure to bring your own if you would like to spend your days lounging poolside.

Enjoyed it overall ... but...

We have been coming to Surf City for years and tried this spot out for the first time. Overall was a nice place to stay! The dock is beautiful and the rooms fit everyone. But had a couple things that made this more like a 4 or 4.5 than a 5 star review. For a place that "sleeps 11" there's really only one usable pot, which makes making dinner a really long ordeal (unless you want to cook things in tiny saucepans?). The dining room table only seats 6 and while there are barstools, having a bigger table to accommodate the number of guests you have would be nice. Finally, the part that probably frustrated us the most was that the thermostat was on a timer (which is fine) but the owners set the A/C to go totally OFF starting TWO hours before checkout time, which made for a very sweaty clean-up and checkout process. I reached out to the owners about it at the time, thinking at first something was broken, but no response. If you can do it on a timer, just set the timer for the actual checkout time and let us clean your place, doing the dishes and laundry, without panting.

We did not receive your message about the temperature until right before you departed or we certainly would have made an effort to help. Per our exchange it was sent only about a half hour before checkout. To clarify, we do not have the thermostat on a timer. I’m not sure what the issue was while you were checking out, but this is not due to any timer that we set. We have not had this issue before or since but will certainly look into it moving forward to ensure that it does not occur again. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and appreciate the feedback overall. We will add cookware and consider additional seating.

My family and I were traveling from upstate NY, to visit our son at Camp Lejuene. It was a very beautiful home! Very well decorated and easy to contact property owners for a very small issue! Resolved very quickly! Beds were comfortable and lots of living space and room for our 9 family trip! Wonderful Hosts

Plenty of sleeping space and short walk to the beach. Great views of water and sound. The property was well appointed and had plenty of dishes, kitchen supplies and towels. The dishwasher and washing machine were nice and large which is amazing when cleaning up after a group of 7. The hosts are very responsive and even offered an early check-in! We happily took them up on it. We took 4 kids fishing on the community pier, went to the beach every day and saw dolphins every afternoon. Lots of boardgames at the house to play with when it rained a little. A really nice way to kick off the New Year!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely beach home in Surf City. The set up of the home was great, very clean, and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room and nice views from the decks of both the ocean and intercontinental. Very easy and quick walk to the beach and the beach was huge! From the sound to the sea, we loved it here

This house had everything we were looking for. We wanted a short walk to the beach, access to the sound for fishing, and pool access. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

Why they chose this property

We love Topsail Island! After exploring the NC area, it was our first choice when searching for a beach home with beautiful, tropical water beaches (minus the crowds), locally-owned fresh food restaurants, and authentic boutique shopping. We looked for a home in the area for a year, and when we viewed this one we fell in love. It's a newer home with a beautiful interior and awesome views all around. it is our pleasure to open this home to you...we know that you'll enjoy your stay! This home has awesome views of the Ocean and the Intra Coastal Waterway from all four (4) decks. It is situated on a narrow section of the island that offers this unique perspective. Get amazing views without paying the oceanfront prices. House is approximately 300 feet from the beach and less than 5 minute walk to a beach access. Just a short walk or bike ride to Surf City restaurants, shopping, and the pier.

What makes this property unique

Community private-pool, open in the summer, it is accessed by only a few homes so it is usually uncrowned and always private. Community day dock, that stretches far out into the ICW for fishing, kayaking, crabbing, and sun bathing or just viewing the unforgettable sunsets. Newer home located in beautiful Live Oaks Community setting.
