Great place to disappear.

I took my family up to broken boat for a weekend. We barely left the B&B. There’s a lot to do and it’s almost like spending a weekend at home.

This property is perfect for familes that enjoy fishing. The ranch house is very comfortable. The property has a stocked pond in front of the house. It is perfect for young kids to be able to catch largemouth bass.

Wonderful place!

This was a great last minute trip! We loved this place. The kids AND the adults enjoyed the pool and the game room. Beautiful home with a farmhouse feel. Hope to visit again!

We had a lovely time here. So many fun things to do and such lovely views. We loved floating in the pool and overlooking the pasture to see deer grazing. We will definitely be back!

The home, the view, the pool, the game room! All was wonderful. My family and I had the most relaxing week. Our children would have lived in the pool if they could have. Second time to stay in this home. It is quietly located on the top of a hill. The house is nicely kept, very clean. We rent often and this continues to be one of the cleanest homes we have stayed in.

Excellent Getaway

We thoroughly enjoy staying at this home when visiting the Broken Bow area. It’s close to town and you don’t feel like your neighbors are right on top of you. Which seems to be the theme in BB these days. The property is comfortable. Amenities are available. The pool is excellent. There are even apple trees in the back yard. The property owner is responsive and helpful. We have stayed in this property in the past and definitely appreciate the owners hospitality.

Girls getaway.

The ladies and I had a great time! Wonderful place! The only thing that worries us was pertaining to the trash. The notes stated leave outside. We was worried about leaving it in the trash bins out in the back because we were uncertain. Other than that. This place is wonderful.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Located just close enough to Town yet country setting. Feels like your out away from everything. Cindy and David were wonderful. Answered all my questions and made sure we had ever we needed. We will be back again and will stay there again. Enjoy!
