proximité plage des Salines
les + :
- l'emplacement : à 10 mn en voiture de la plage des Salines
- la qualité architecturale de la résidence, avec une belle piscine
- appartement traversant (permet une bonne ventilation)
- présence d'un climatiseur dans la chambre
les - :
- l'appartement a besoin d'un rafraîchissement en peinture
surtout le WC et la SDE
- l'espace douche ne correspond plus aux standards actuels en dimensions (70 x 70 cm)
- la transformation est possible en supprimant le deuxième WC pas nécessaire dans un logement 2 pièces

Une semaine de rêve !
Logement conforme à la description à la jolie décoration , bien implanté dans la résidence , calme et bien ventilé avec son exposition traversante est ouest . Un premier étage sans logement au dessus , et une très agréable piscine refaite il y a peu . Mais surtout une super propriétaire très à l'écoute essayant de rendre notre séjour le plus agréable qu'elle peut ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ...
