If you are you looking for a beautiful cottage, a “Trullo” with dry stone walls, comfortable and spacious, placed at only 10 minutes from the sea, with FREE WIFI, a large Mediterranean garden with PRIVATE PARKING, at only 5 minutes from the city centre (only 4 km), in one of the most beautiful rural areas of Ostuni, the hills that face the sea, Villa Giuliana can offer you all this.
It is located at 5-6 km from the Adriatic sea.
Villa Giuliana is located on the hill facing the one where the medieval town of Ostuni lies. It is a typical rural house, renovated with great care, to maintain its identity as an historic house, but at the same time offering all you need for a comfortable staying, including the independent heating with radiators placed in all the rooms, which makes it ideal at any time of the year, including short brakes and weekends, in autumn, winter and spring, Christmas and Easter, even on the coldest days. Surrounded by a large private Mediterranean garden, with a private parking area inside, it is most of the year lit by the sun of Apulia.
The house, spacious and confortable inside, consists of:
- A double bedroom with french door to the garden and back window
- A sitting area with two armchairs and a comfortable sofa
- Dining area with extendable table chairs
- Kitchen area with long pink stone counter, cooker with fast stove, electric oven, kitchenware and accessories
- A typical alcove with a comfortable french sofa bed, that accommodates the bed completely, and becomes an independent space with the curtain closed.

- Hallway with a large wardrobe and a washing machine.
The house is characterized by thick stone walls, that ensure the right insulation both in winter and summer, giving you a nice cool during the summer heat, and an excellent thermal insulation during the colder periods. It is also equipped with indipendent heating which our guests can switch on/off when they prefer.
Around in the area there are other villas and country houses.
Surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden, with olive and fruit trees, plants and flowers of the Mediterranean maquis, the house is sited at the top of the hill, in an area which from one side looks towards the sea and on the other side on the Itria Valley. The garden is fully illuminated at night in every corner offering a romantic and evocative effect. The Villa with its garden is rented as a whole, it's not shared with other tenants. This house is also ideal for those who love ciclyng or hiking or walking, since it is located in a very nice area with a beautiful landscape, popular with people who love jogging or bike rides. A few hundred meters away there is a restaurant which prepares traditional dishes, and an adventure park for adults and children called "Ciuchino Birichino".
