Located on the oceanfront and at the center of the resort, Papakea F207 is a comfortable studio condo with all-new furnishings that sleeps two guests. This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, including ice-maker and new microwave, stove and dishwasher. It's the perfect setup for in-house meals! Stay cool and safe with a brand-new split A/C unit with iWave-M technology that kills mold, bacteria and viruses. Enjoy tiled flooring, ceiling fan, and wonderful ocean breezes. Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'anapali Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, two heated oceanfront pools, 2 large hot tubs, 12 gas BBQ grills, 2 twelve-hole putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk/security service with plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, a farmer's market, a snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Papakea is just a short drive to Ka'anapali and Kapalua world-class golf courses.

There is a cool, grassy lawn just outside the unit, along with beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle and dolphin spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. Each evening, tiki torches light up the grounds for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are also provided for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.

**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
