The space is fully equipped with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, and we have provided every appliance & utensil to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment…just bring the ingredients. Enjoy your meals on the spacious lanai or dine indoors in the climate controlled air conditioning. ***Honua Kai will be doing routine maintenance and painting of the Konea building exterior throughout 2024. Konea 515 is currently scheduled to be affected from 4/29/24 to 5/16/24. Schedule is subject to change. The project will consist of painting the exterior walls, which will impact the state of the lanais (balconies). Lanai furniture will be wrapped and cannot be unwrapped or used during the affected dates of the project, and the lanai will be unusable Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm. To compensate, rates are substantially discounted. 4/18***
