The garden features a terrace fitted with a table that can accommodate 8 people and sun loungers. You will fully enjoy the outdoor spaces and Provençal sun! A semi-buried swimming pool (7 x 3.5, depth 1.33) accessible by a small ladder, surrounded by a lovely wooden beach and protected by a manual roller shutter.

This typical Provençal farmhouse has an area of 160 m², on 2 levels. The decoration is simple but the house is functional.

Kitchen with a dining area leading to the dining room (20 m²). It is fully equipped.

It has a fridge, a dishwasher, a kettle, an oven, a toaster, a filter coffee maker.

A living room (50 m²) with a fireplace, a sofa, a television with satellite channels



A room (15 m²) with a double bed 140 with an adjoining bathroom with 1 basin, 1 shower and WC.
