A local business is 800m while the center of the Diamond with shops and restaurants is about 1800m.
The beautiful and large beach of the Diamond is about 2 km.

The villa
Spread over 3 levels, the 160m² villa (+ 70m² terrace) proposed by Antilles Exception includes:

-A large air-conditioned room with sea view, furnished with a King size bed (180X200) and a private shower room.
-A "mezzanine" open on the entrance, furnished with 2 sofa beds for 4 children or teenagers

At the main level:

-2 bedrooms with sea view, furnished with Queen size beds (160X200) and private shower rooms
-A large living room open onto the terrace with sofas and large TV
-A kitchen, open on the living room, recent and very well equipped

In front of the living room, the large terrace hosts a dining area, an outdoor lounge and a jacuzzi 5 places.
Accessed by a small staircase in the garden, the lower level hosts the secure pool (8m X3m) lined by deckchairs and a small bar-refreshment area.
