This apartment, located in a building 'house Patio' belonging to the catalog of Seville, located in the historic center of Seville is ideal for up to 4 people to stay in our city, close to quiet areas for walking are like the Paseo fluvial, and other busiest shopping, tapas and music. With a few minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of the city.

This 1 bedroom apartment for up to 4 people is located on the first floor of our building. It's cozy and modern at once, colorfully Andaluz on their walls and tables.
The bedroom is decorated very chic, endowed with great versatility thanks to its twin beds with bedside tables and reading lamps. Rounding stay an armchair in leather and mirror 'acuerpo', and a large closet with safe inside. The bedroom has natural lighting thanks to a typical balcony with a double bed with two nightstands with reading lamps, as well as an armchair and a mirror. It has a large capacity cabinet. This bedroom has two balconies overlooking the street.
The living room, very bright, thanks to its balcony overlooking the street. It has a dining area with extendable table and chairs. The living area features a sofa bed very practical and simple at the same comfortable. Two coffee tables and reading lamp. A cozy carpet and a TV cabinet housing a 32 "plasma up this space.
The kitchen is incorporated into the dining area being very practical and containing everything you need as large capacity fridge to store your food if your stay is prolonged. Coffee maker, kettle (kettle), blender, juicer, microwave, toaster, hob with 4 burners, pots, pans, cups, dishes, cutlery and glassware, irons, ironing boards and trays.
The bathroom is spacious, comfortable and features an outdoor ventilation and quality materials. After a day of sightseeing or business in our city, you will relax in this room.
The apartment has Wifi and the main international channels, as well as a safe, all free.

Good apartment in Sevilla

Overall it was quite good, however the fact that you can’t leave the apartment without removing a key which turns off the ac or heating seems a bit miserly considering how much it costs. Also, personally we prefer to be checked in with a person as opposed to a key box outside. A human touch is always appreciated.

Excellent location near river, alameda and bus routes.

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment in an excellent location. City center within walking distance. Markets and grocery stories were convenient, too. Excellent bus lines for exploring the city and environs.
