Peu mieux faire

Appartement bien situé et spacieux. L’appartement a une odeur désagréable dû à de la moquette partout. Le ménage laisse à désirer (urine sur les murs des wc, sous le canapé signe de fêtes auparavant confettis frites ), vaisselle limite propre. Arrivée expédiée, départ imposé avant l’heure indiqué et monsieur nous indique ensuite ne pas pouvoir être là. C’est à nous de nous adapter!!!! Nous faisons toujours le ménage et en défaisant les lits oh surprise, une literie et des couettes loin d’être corrects. Des fenêtres cassées.... Avec une reprise en main cet appartement est une pépite et très bien situé. Il y a des parkings (payants sauf nuits et week-end), le centre ville est splendide. Mais bon souvenir quand même mise à part le ménage que j’ai en travers de la gorge. Une remise aurait été appréciable....

Bien placé mais faut pas être regardant sur la propreté

Point positif : hôte accueillant et arrangeant. Très bon emplacement. Parcontre l appartement nécessite qqs travaux de rénovation et malheureusement la moquette dans l'appartement semble être la cause d'une odeur résiduelle de tabac froid.

L'appart est très bien situé. Nous y allions pour participer au Grand Choral. Tout se fait à pied, très facilement. Le parking direct est très pratique. L'appart est grand et lumineux. Par contre: 2 lits de 70 cm et un de 140 + un canapé 2mx2m. La propreté est plus que moyenne pour les sanitaires, la cuisine, les torchons... le mobilier est de très mauvaise qualité et la vaisselle manque. Il n'y avait que 5 verres pour un appart pour 6 personnes !!
