La porte de la salle d'eau qui était cassée à Noël 2024 (voir commentaire ci-dessous) est toujours cassée en Août 2025 ...Rapport qualité/prix médiocre.Je ne recommande pas !

Proche du centre

Très bon séjour avec la proximité des commerces et des magasins d'usines. Visite du centre et du marché de Noël. Visite de quelques caves de champagne et des lacs. Je recommande

Besoin d'entretient

L'emplacement est idéal et la communication bonne. Cependant, le logement a vraiment besoin de réparations, 2 portes cassées, évier de la salle de bain qui fuit. De plus les murs sont très fins. Trop cher pour la qualité du logement.

Remise du diplôme universitaire de ma nièce. Première visite de Troyes et sa région. Week-end bien chargé en émotion surtout pour ma sœur et mes parents(+80 ans). Le soleil de samedi a rendu la visite de la ville bien agréable, très belle ville, animée et plaisante à visiter à pieds. A découvrir ou redécouvrir. Appart' fonctionnel où l'on se sent comme chez soit. Tout est prévu pour manger un petit bout si on arrive tard. Merci à Rodolphe pour ces petites attentions( boissons fraiches, friandises…) et sa promptitude à répondre aux questions diverses. Excellet séjour

Tres bien situé

Visite de Troyes sur 3 jours. Ce logement est bien situé, nous avons fait nos visites à pieds. Environ 20 minutes pour se rendre dans le centre. Rue et voisinage calme (juillet). Literie ok, ustensiles ok. Un pb avec la porte d entrée mais je pense que cela va etre résolu assez rapidement. Idealement il faudrait une chaise de plus. Nous etions trois et seulement 2 chaises et 2 petits tabourets. Nous avons suivi les conseils top du propriétaire pour les visites. Je serais prête à y retourner pour le meme prix
